I honestly do get the best service when I'm there and I appreciate the give back programme that they have for their loyal customers. It's a family feel but the variety and professionalism is what keeps me coming back.

Regular staff nice the owners bad costumer service paid over $50 for one hold fist did not even give a dime off of a fish. Basically Owner said not their problem

Really friendly staff and helpful. Good prices and moderate selection. They carry Victor brand dog food which has really improved my pitbulls' coats vs taste of the wild and is less expensive - win win. They also have a points program as well for frequent customers. New fav pet store!

Best assortment of healthy aquatic fish and plants in the country. I have never had a fish die on me after I bought it from there as they seem to use good water maintinance. Only downfall is limited parking but this is one of my favorite stores.
