Outside but much to look at but inside very secure and clean. Parking deck is under the building and monitored.  Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. On the same street as Universal about 4 miles away. Not many restaurants around so plan ahead.  Breakfast room 3rd floor spacious and clean. Decent choices.  Staff was nice

The location was perfect for my needs and the bed was comfortable however, that's about the best I can say for this property. I had trouble checking in by way of my card being charged on my end but their terminal said the sale was incomplete then being asked to charge again and being declined because the amount for the room plus deposit, for a member of their rewards club, finally after proof of the pending charge on my credit card app a key was finally given after the attendant spent about five minutes on hold and requested my number if he had any further trouble with my card not being charged. When I made to the room, there were small black bugs flying around the sink in the bathroom, the toilet ran on and off all night, and no hot water ever came to the sink. There was hot water in the bathtub and a limited continental breakfast on the third floor. All and all definitely not the worst place I've stayed but far from the best and in my humble opinion not worth what I paid.

Stayed here for one night, I understand they were under renovation but they never told us that's an issue, the quality and limitations of the towels is an issue, the sink doesn't fully shut off so all night we had to listen to water dripping, breakfast only was muffins and coffee, there was no list of TV channels and I'm a very big hockey fan and game six of the 2022 finals was on and I missed the cup getting lifted by the avalanche because I could not find the channel. Vending machines don't take cash, only coins, workout room is bland and lacking machines, I worded that bad, it has machines but only 4, no cleansing wipes so I walked in there and walked right out because I don't wanna use machines with other people's germs on them, couch was ripped in the room, they get 2 stars because I actually slept well even with the water dripping in the bathroom and it was quiet and peaceful besides of course, the water dripping in the bathroom. I would like to try this hotel again once the renovations are complete to see if the hotel improved.

Clean, nice room with good beds, large flat screen, fridge, microwave, room safe, and large bathroom. Everything was in working order. Would have given it a higher rating, but the area and exterior are not very appealing. Good proximity to the airport.

First off, the AC in the room was not working properly, making it almost unbearably hot in our room. We asked to switch rooms, and they said they were booked solid, making no effort to correct the situation. Also the parking situation is a bit tedious. They have just enough parking on the street level, but more than half of the lot requires double parking. You're expected to leave your keys at the front desk in case someone needs to leave, but nothing is signed about liability if something happens to your car?! Next time I stay in the area, I will be looking elsewhere.

When we 1st arrived the staff greeted us with a smile & they checked us in to our room. When we got to our room maintenance was still fixing the a/c unit. We went back downstairs to get a new room. Our new room smelt like urine. Will definitely never stay here again.Rooms: 1/5

The double parking in the garage is kinda of annoying but it's safe. The bed was not that comfy and we had used shampoo and conditioner. Also the tp holder was rusty as well as other plated steel in the bathroomHotel highlightsQuiet
