The only reason people stay here is because it's 5 mins from baseball fields. Front desk staff was unpleasant. Lots of up keep needed. Elevator buttons on wall are not mounted well. Direct TV connection was horrible. Rm 306 tub valve was very broken, just kept spinning. No maid service if staying multiple days. You have to fight for towels. I booked with weeks prior to arrival. I called to cancel one night of stay 4 days before stay, refused to refund the one night of the three. Breakfast did not look appealing. Lighting was no where near satisfactory. Again, people only stay here cause the beautiful baseball fields are 5 mins away.
Staff is very pleasant front desk lady was all smiles, hotel is clean, full hot breakfast, indoor pool nice for a hot summer day! Would recommend friends and family stay.Rooms: 5/5
I had to take a trip home for an unexpected funeral. The entire staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They made the difficult time a little better. I especially liked the fact the other guests respected the no-smoking rule. Very rare in today's world. Thank you all for having outstanding customer service and I cannot wait to return home.
Had the pleasure of stopping at the Best Western Franklin Town Center Hotel & Suites for an evening while traveling through town. We have stayed at many hotels in our lifetime and when I tell you this is the best stay at a hotel we have ever had. Being in a small town the setting was very intimate and the customer service was exceptional. Upon entering the Best Western we were greeted with professionalism and kindness by the on-duty staff. Our check-in was smooth and painless. Upon getting to our room, it was very clean and orderly and the bed was just right for us. Our pillows were soft and had that Egyptian feel. We had asked the on-duty staff for a wake-up call and right on time, we received the wake-up call we had requested. When we checked out it went just as smoothly as our check-in. If you are ever passing through Franklin and want to experience amazing, exceptional customer service don't hesitate to stop at the Best Western Franklin Town Center Hotel & Suites.
Great place to stay. Staff was amazing. Had a power outage, and as soon as it came back, breakfast was ready very shortly. Breakfast was very good under the circumstances. She was very courteous. I will stay there again if going through the area.Rooms: 5/5
Stayed here on several different occasions ,and have never had a problem.I just turned 18 and want to apply to work here ,but I’m not entirely sure how to contact the manager.
We have aaa..the morning of checkout I was in the breakfast area and I told her we have aaa..she said no problem..when we checked out we reminded her of aaa..she said too late..she's already run the credit card..she beat us out of a 10 % discount..she's red head..red complected..short..she might even be the manager if her name is Brittany Rooms: Very good Food & drinks: Good breakfast
Breakfast was ok. Only had one housekeeper and my room was unlocked when I finally got to it. No shower curtain. Pool was indoor and ice cold. Not sure the point of having a pool if no one can use it, even when it’s 100* outside.
Clean, very friendly/helpful staff, cost friendly. We are very happy! I forgot my toothbrush, they had one. We spilled something, there's onsite laundry! This place has been GREAT. We got in pretty late, there's a bar with food across the street. Handicap room is plenty spacious, he got around in the chair, no problem.
Great hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast w/coffee. Our A/C in our room is amazing on a late July day, cold! Was here for baseball tournament, couldn’t have stayed in a nicer place, awesome staff members. I wish every hotel that we stay at for baseball tournaments was this accommodating. Our stay was great!
