My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received during our stay 10/28/22-11/7/22. There’s one employee in particular who was very nice- I never got his name; unfortunately we left on his day off so we weren’t able to thank him properly for his kindness and prompt attention to our needs such as clean towels and other amenities, as well as answers to our questions about LA as it was our first time visiting your lovely city. We will definitely return for another stay at your hotel.
Our Room is clean with 2 queen size beds. There is a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and water boiling machine. Breakfast is mediocre but adequate, with scrambled eggs, oatmeal, breads, yogurts, fruits, etc. Our room is on the highway side, very noisy. If you can't sleep with the noise, you can pay more to get a room on the opposite side. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants.
Check-in was smooth despite having an extra reservation. I was able to cancel the duplicate reservation online thanks to the suggestion of Marissa at the front desk. Room was clean, comfortable, & quiet. Plenty of parking away from the main road. The breakfast was great with lots of options!Rooms: 5/5
Lets start. Our room safe was non functional upon arrival, which was fixed by the maintenance guy later. Our ironing board is was broken, which the staff replaced with a full sized one. The fire alarm ran out of batteries and started beeping around 2 am, when the maintenance guy had to come in our room and replace them. In addition, there was a cockroach the crawled right into our room. Would not recommend.
Not very pleasant. Room keys did not work, swimming pool had no towels. Asked them to bring a couple towels to the room as I had a 4 year old fresh out of the pool with no towels, and bathing. Front desk said they had no one to do so. Had to dry my kid off with blankets from the bed, get him dressed and walk down together to get towels only to find 2 employees sitting at the desk on their cell phones doing nothing. Also internet was terribly slow, cannot stream or connect their smart tvs to streaming service. Would not recommend. Stay somewhere nicer for the same price.
The place was nice till we found cockroaches in the drawer and bathroom. It was informed by a staff member during light cleaning that they had a issue with cockroaches and mice.Rooms: 2/5

This place always has the best staff, and they always have a nice welcoming attitude and really know how to make their guests comfortable.Rooms: 5/5
