This is a great hotel, I stay here often for work. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. There isn't much directly around them, so you have a drive for dinner, but it is also safer than hotels in town. There is a gas station next door with a Subway and casino if that's your fancy. The staff is also very nice. Rooms: The rooms aren't huge, but very comfortable. They have a desk with chair, and a comfortable chair to watch TV in. Beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are very nice. Nearby activities: Unfortunately, there isn't much nearby. There's a gas station/ Subway next door, and Wendy's, Waffle House and Taco Bell not too far away. Safety: This is a very safe location. I'm in the security industry, and that's one of the things I like about this hotel. The location is good, and they keep the side doors locked at all times.
This is the worst Best Western I’ve ever been too. The check-in process was great but the following day at Morning everything went bad. To start with the breakfast is a joke. They had food seating there for very long and whatever was missing stayed missing. This was around 8:30am. Breakfast closed at 9:30am. There were waffle machines but nothing to make waffles. There was cereal but no milk. The hot plates I suppose eggs and some sort of sausage were pretty much empty, the eggs looked like there had been seating there for ages, and the there plate next to the eggs was empty. When I tried to find a staff member there was no one to be found. After trying to eat whatever was left over I finally found a staff member that was hiding in a backroom on their phone watching videos. When asked to provide more items they said that was it. The room was okay. This definitely had no reason why to get the plus Best Western Plus. I’ve stayed on regular Best Western that had a much better overall experience, and far better rooms. Compared to other Best Western Plus this has been the worst in every single way. I paid almost $150 for this night. I had a room with two double beds. One of the beds made a lot of noise. They use metal boxes as bed bases. Every time there was some movement the base would crack. Was very annoying. The room had nothing special as previously mentioned this should not be a Plus version of the hotel but the room was clean. And overall acceptable. DO NOT RECOMMEND ! ! ! Stay away!!!
I was kind of iffy about choosing a Best Western cause I thought it may not be up to par, but it was 3 minutes from the airport for 5am flight... having traveled to all 50 states and 9 countries, I always choose Wyndham, Hilton, Clarion, Indigo, Drury etc... I was sooooo wrong, room super clean, not stuffy, microwave and fridge, spacious bathroom and tub, many sitting options including cushioned bench, chair with Ottoman, ice cold air, super hot water, large TV, nice desk work area, big soft beds with clean crisp linen... Great job!! Awesome choice for a stay...
Stay far, far away from this place!! Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I arrived to check in at 11pm and the desk worker made us stand outside at night in the freezing weather 30 degrees for 10 min before unlocking the doors and letting us inside. Staff worker acted like we were inconveniencing her by showing up and like she didn't want to be there. Do not come here if you value good customer service. The hotel was also under renovation, which severely detracted from the quality of the stay. All of the walls were covered in cardboard and the carpets were ripped up like an open construction site. They did not give a heads-up that there was ongoing construction when I made the reservation so I had no idea very deceptive IMO. Even worse, they charged full price even though the place felt more like a prison due to construction than a hotel. Absolute, hands-down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Go literally anywhere else.
It's an average hotel...no bells and whistles. For almost $200 I would have expected more. There were no tile on the floors in the hallways. The room was half cleaned. The headboard and the area above the curtains were full of dust...triggering my allergies. A piece of hair was found in the tub. I don't believe they cleaned the carpet. My blanket hit the floor and once I picked it up there were hair on it...yuck!
First of all they DONT OFFER AIRPORT SHUTTLE like they say, they’re too lazy to drive to the airport but they’ll bring you to the equidistant old airport, what a waste of time. The lady working overnight on august 3-4 2022 deserves to be fired, she’s extremely condescending and rude and has zero place in the hospitality industry. Rude to me and other customers for absolutely no reason, very unprofessional. Bed was very uncomfortable and the towels and sheets were dirty!!!!

Back in 2019, place was perfect for my 1 nighter. This time around, arrived late. Place is under renovations on the floors and rooms. Rooms were cleaned and comfortable. Breakfast, was however, bad. We went and their was no eggs, toast nothing available around 730am. Only some muffins and raisin buns. Its a good place for the working class people who need a place to stop off for a shower,get a warm place to sleep and go again. Overrall its welcoming and nice. Breakfast needs improvement.
I arrived late evening great staff who assisted with checking in rooms clean. The offer breakfast but I slept in. They have pool and exercise room but didn’t get to visit
The hotel was decent but it was one of the worst mattresses I've slept on in a while
