We chose this hotel for a three-night stay during Labor Day weekend in 2022, while visiting Disneyland. Its prime feature is its incredibly close proximity to the main entrance of Disneyland – quite literally the nearest hotel. This convenience allowed us to easily return to the hotel with our 2-year-old for daily naps during our park visits. Thanks to my platinum status with Best Western, we were graciously provided a room facing the main entrance and Harbor Blvd. This afforded us a fantastic view, although some nighttime noise was noticeable. The room's cleanliness was impressive, despite showing signs of aging. The hotel's complimentary breakfast was surprisingly robust, offering a wide array of options that proved sufficient for our family. We're already considering staying here again on our next Disneyland trip.
Everything was on-point in this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and every one of the staff we encountered were welcoming, professional and engaged. The hotel is quiet and well maintained and right across the street from the Disneyland exit. Also, one of the real downsides of today's hotel situation in general is that the rooms rarely if ever get cleaned anymore in this hotel class. From the mid-west to Hawaii this has been true for us. We have paid well over $300/night and not been able to get fresh towels even. But this hotel was a real stand out from this! We were surprised and delighted to have our room cleaned and fresh towels each day! All was in perfect working order and nothing had been allowed to become run down like in other hotels in our experience. It was so nice to come back after a big day at Disney to a perfectly refreshed room. THANK YOU!!! We will 100% choose this hotel again!
Is this the fanciest hotel? No. However when you are visiting Disneyland, you aren't really there for the hotel, you just need a place to lay your head down at night. I loved our stay here! We had a mini suite for 3 adults and 2 children, it was the perfect size and the location was excellent. Being able to take 5- 10 minute walk back to our room to enjoy the AC and pool midday for the kids was a game changer and made our trip perfect. The breakfast was delicious, and I LOVED that I could take it to go so it was in the room and ready when the kids woke up. We will be staying here again!
Just stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and it was a great stay. The hotel is across the street from Disneyland which was amazing and the main reason why I choose to book this specific hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms where very clean and attended to daily. You also get free breakfast which was great. Definitely recommend staying here for your Disneyland trip.
Family stayed here for 7 nights while we visited Disneyland and other LA/Anaheim sites. Outside of the pricey rateswhich I guess you have to expect being across from the Disneyland Park, we had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Room was great, service was great, the area was clean, felt safe and had everything you could need within walking distance! A highlight is the complimentary breakfast next door. Fantastic options each day! For it to be perfect, it would have been nice to have had available a outside seating area for a person to sit at in the early mornings to enjoy a cup of coffee while waiting for the rest of the family to wake up. The only area with chairs available was the pool area, which was locked until 9am.
This hotel is exactly what I expected it to be. The pictures and information on the web were accurate. It is a Disney Good Neighbor hotel, and given the level of hotel it is, it did live up to that standard. The room was spacious and clean and the location of the hotel, literally being right across the street from the main gate to Disneyland, was a major plus. My stay did include breakfast which was located right next door in a different building. I would recommend this hotel on your next visit to Anaheim...I'll be staying here again.
You can't get any closer to Disneyland if you tried unless you pay for the exclusive hotel and the rooms and the rates are pretty good. You get a mini kitchen microwave, ironing board, decent sized TV and access to the pool which is empty most of the time due to everyone being at Disney. Nice little hotel right where you need it.Rooms: 4/5
This right across the street from Disneyland. Breakfast was good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is only $15 a day. Definitely stay again on our next Disneyland trip.Rooms: 5/5
They are heavily pushing against Measure A in Anaheim and misleading resident by using scare tactics. Myself and many residents of Anaheim will vote YES on measure A to give hotel workers a livable wage. These multi billion dollar companies such as Disney and Park Place Inn need to pay their workers fairly. This specific hotel gets millions of guests each year, yet they pay their workers less than $15/hr... you CANNOT live off of that wage in Anaheim. Many of these hospitality workers in the resort district live in motels or are on the verge of homelessness.
Location was perfect! Only a 5 to 10 minutes walk to Disney gates. We did not even rent a car. Took ride share from the airport to hotel and it was easy! The staff were also wonderful! They were friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them. The location and staff are worth the shortcomings of the hotel. The rooms were clean though showing a lot of ware. It was very noisy in that walls were very thin. We heard everyone who walked by and could hear their conversations clearly. We were on the first floor and could also hear all the footsteps above us. Frankly, we were so exhausted from long days at Disney we didn't notice the sounds when we slept but early in the morning folks were on the move and you could hear them all! Overall, it is a great place to crash if you're just sleeping there to be close to Disney. Rooms: Fair to moderate. Bathroom door had to be pushed closed. The trim at the bottom of the door frame was worn and maybe water damaged? The place was clean overall. The doors open to the outside, rather than to a lobby area, so there is a lot of outside noise of cars. The walls are also thin and you can clearly hear conversations outside of your room. Also, you can clearly hear footsteps of those above you.
