My stay at the Best Western was lovely. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The historic, cozy feel of the hotel was a nice change of pace from the more modern places that get built along every interstate. The room had a window A/C unit and even in the uncharacteristically hot weather that I experienced during my visit to Seattle, the unit was able to keep the room nice and cool. The bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water. Overall, a lovely experience.
Visited it during Christmas break, overall is was a good stay: Pros: Price is good. Very good location, walkable distance to many attractions and restaurants and public transits, including The Seattle Great Wheel, downtown Seattle, Pike Place Market, etc. Their breakfast waffles are sooo good!! Cons: Many homeless around the hotel. Room is a bit small and too old, and has no view at all. Bath tub is too small: Summary: It's an old Best Western Plus hotel, comparing to other Best Western I've stayed before, but considering its price, I give it 4 stars. If you want to save money on hotels, here is the option, but if you don't have much budget limitation, I would recommend choosing another newer hotel.
Make sure to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't regret it. Very cool hotel. Across the street from water. Lots of homeless in area, all over Seattle, so it’s a problem one hotel cannot fix. We took light rail from airport to station 2 blocks away. Very convenient. Good places to walk and eat.
Good Hotel with a affordable price. Breakfast is great to start in the day without searching for food : Rooms are bit old but nice and clean. Staff is also kind. Would stay again!

Really nice vintage hotel with modern amenities. Great location near the baseball park, the waterfront and so much more. We were very comfortable and the staff helped us nicely when needed. Loved the breakfast too!Rooms: 5/5
Clean establishment, very quiet and comfortable rooms. Nice complimentary breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to help me hang birthday decor for special occasion. Very good experience!
Pretty close to the pier, pike's place, and the station. Everything is within less than 1mi of walking distance. Don't expect the view, but good deal if you only need to sleep. Complementary breakfast served.
When we arrived there were so many cars in the area we had to drive around and wait for a parking spot for almost an hour. I called the front desk to get advice as to where to park and they said “out front” where clearly all the spots were taken. Homeless people running around screaming, police called multiple times right in front of the hotel. When we woke up to leave there was not a SINGLE car parked in the entire area for miles besides ours. Our window got smashed in and they stole from our car- from where we were told to park right in front of the hotel. DONT GO HERE unless you’d like to spend the entire time fearful. Not sure how they have so many good reviews ??
It was $260 for one night in a small room. I could barely walk inside of it. The view we got was a alleyway with loud talking all night. There was no mini fridge or any type of kitchen. Also could hear walking all night. There is also a lot of homeless in that area.Rooms: 1/5
