Great location close to many convenient businesses. Customer Service was excellent and very friendly. Room was a bit small but comfortable and very clean. Room smelled fresh which is always a big deal with me. Area felt safe and ground were kept. My only complaint would be the bed. Bed was hard, somewhat uncomfortable and seemed small for a king size. Breakfast was great and overall I would stay again. Rooms: Small but very comfortable and clean Nearby activities: Very very conveniently located Safety: Area felt very safe and secure
The hotel is very nice! Large, clean rooms with terraces. Large TV connected to internet. Refrigerator a and microwave are also available. There is a beautiful inside garden with nice places to sit and enjoy. The breakfast is really richwith tasty meals, including pancakes, fruits, omelets, bavon, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, muffins, bread, and many others!! Recommend Best Western Plus Thousand Oaks.
Nice convenient location, close enough to everything but away from traffic & noise. Very secure & clean. The room was a nice size with all amenities you need. The facility is older, with little signs of age in decor but functionally great. The staff was friendly & courteous. There is an Italian restaurant on the premises that was very good. They offered a free continental breakfast; pancakes, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, cereals, breads & muffins, & more. Plenty of parking, a library area & banquet rooms. Definitely would stay there again.
I stay here a few times a year when I'm in the area for work. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I always look forward to returning.Rooms: 5/5

Upon arrival our room was not ready but we did get an upgraded room. I believe the young man who assisted us is name Trevor. Very nice, helpful and nice looking. Hold on to this good worker BW. Hospitality is hard to find these days. The breakfast was ok. The views from the room was great. Nice court year. It was quite. The parking lot is good. We felt safe to walk to the near by Oak Mall. Close enough to Hollywood/L.A. for a day trip. Nice restaurants close to hotel. There is a Whole Foods Market down the street I enjoyed that. We'll definitely be back soon. Hopefully Trevor will still be there. He's very friendly. Someone from corporate was there to check on place. I felt like BW definitely keeps their property safe and running properly. Thank you Best Western.
The staff upon arrival were very friendly and accommodating. We only stayed for a night and the room wasn’t the greatest but it was only one night so not gonna complain. Saturday night they had two really talented musicians playing. One on the keyboard the other on the trumpet. Very nice especially if your at the bar enjoying some drinks. Breakfast the next day was really good, options were pancakes, eggs, bacon, salsa, toast, muffins. Really good selection and your usual drinks, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, etc… I really did enjoy my stay, and I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you all for your hospitality
Trevor was great at checking in at this hotel. The parking lot and location are great. The negatives come with the type of people who stay here, loud loud. I was kept up until 4am with teenagers partying with loud music and chaos. The breakfast was free and had eggs and pancakes. But was pretty cold. And I got there 15 min after it opened. The room itself was great. Very clean and comfy bed.
