Best Yet Flowers

Placed an online order from out of state. Got a call the next day saying they had run out of poinsettias. Told them I would still like to have something delivered. We discussed the available options and I wasn't sure what exactly I would get. This was just before Christmas and the temperature was well below freezing. The arrangement that Best Yet delivered was beyond perfect and definitely fulfilled the need. The staff was very kind and helpful. So glad that customer service means so much to them. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend literally 15 days before it had to be delivered. Got a confirmation email and everything! Did they deliver the flowers when they were supposed to? The day of her birthday NO. I'm calling them tomorrow to get those flowers delivered, but now it's too late and the surprise is ruined. To say im disappointed is an understatement, if you're considering ordering from here do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

I stopped to get some flowers for Valentine's day. They made an arrangement right then for me and it is awesome. All I had to do was tell them the colors I wanted and what the occasion was. While I was waiting I asked if I could get some pictures and video. I'll post them alongside this review Thanks Best Yet Flowers

By far the rudest customer service you will ever receive. Me and my wife went in for a simple bouquet for our special day and were met with nothing excuses and them basically talking us out of ever going back into their place of business. They mocked us for entering a flower shop the week of valentines day, they tried throwing ridiculous prices at us to scare us away and make us feel as if we couldn't afford the flower arrangement. They told us to schedule an appointment but then proceeded to point out they weren't there really ever to spend a few minutes with us to figure it out. I don't know how all business's are ran but this one seems to be a great example of what not to do. We have been dealing with several different companies as of late to enjoy our special day and this is one place we for sure will never go back to.

I placed my order online on a Friday for the Monday, not realizing it was a holiday. I received a call immediately from the owner to let me know and ask if I preferred a weekend delivery, to wait until Tuesday, or if I needed a refund. I really appreciated her reaching out. The flowers arrived as expected on my new day and were beautiful. I would recommend this florist to others.

Awful customer service. They treated me like a problem because I have a common name and they couldn't find my phone number to alert me of my delivery. The flowers were a gift, so, of course, I didn't know my delivery was coming. No empathy, no working with me to reroute my delivery. Someone was trying to make my day with flowers, and this company ruined the effort.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received when trying to order flowers for my wife's funeral overly priced and when I went in they were rude and the assortment they tried to sell me was old and damn near dead do not buy from this family owned business who needs to change there name to worst yet flowers I bet the owner will have a nice assortment for her funeral she looks close to 100 if not older

Lady on the phone was rude. I was calling from out of town. I called to change what was going to be on the card. She acted like I was bothering her. I paid $70 so I wanted to make sure they had it right.. But it is what it is Wont use this place again Sorry

I tried to order flowers by phone from out of state. The call kept dropping. When I did finally get through, the lady yelled at me and we so rude. I took my business else where.

These people were quick to take my payment but did not deliver my flower arrangement for my daughters 15 birthday. I strongly suggest you don’t never use these people if you don’t want to be disappointed.I called him at 4:30 in the afternoon and I did not get an answer
