Besides them running every single card they have on file for you if you run late a day, they aren’t that bad. They make u feel welcomed and will work with you if something happens. Someone got our checking account info and spent all of our money. It took the bank 6 days to get everything back right and they let us hold off over a week and they were totally understanding.
I just bought a huge tablet from here today. I dealt with Randy and the store manager, Rob. Both were very sweet and helpful. They explained things in the fullest of detail that they could to make sure I understood everything about my purchase. I am absolutely thrilled with my new tablet. Once I get it paid off, I intend on buying something else from them. Highly recommended! I sure Wasnt disappointed, so you shouldn't be, either! *2 thumbs way up*
They send someone out because my phone is off and tell me I have to pay a $10 gas fee for their troubles of coming to check up on us. Uh, no, you know you are gonna get your payment, I didn't ask for a check up. I am not paying your gas bill.
Will re write you multiple times you will pay on the same junk for 3+ years say they will make it right and still screw you bring lube if you shop here.
They try hard to satisfy the customers wants and needs. Over charges debt cards bc of there mess up and not very good at communicating with customers
No consistency of staff. There's literally no one working there that was there when we started renting our furniture. Have made payment arrangements with them and they have still called me about being late.
I would not give this place one star, but unfortunately I have to give some kind of rating. They promised me a brand new washer and dryer instead I got white washer black dryer that worked half the time at the price of new appliances they put new on the contract. My daughter's 49 tv went bad over a month ago and they replaced it with a 40 with a remote with the back missing. At the price I was paying for the 49 tv and again on the contract as new. Their ethics suck. I was late had a death in the family and was out of state. They repay me by banging on my door and calling the cops only 2 weeks behind. SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS BECAUSE THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE. GO ELSEWHERE OR SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PAY CASH
Rob and Stefan are awesome. Just paid off all my stuff. Now to get a savings account. Lol Awesome place if you are in need of a major appliance or just need a new TV and don't have cash on hand.
