Horrible place they have no customer service skills and no loyalty to their customers… Ordered a PS5 from them the lady specifically ordered it from Tennessee for my dad and because I had to work the following day when it was coming in because we didn’t come in the exact next day when it came in she went ahead and sold it to somebody else
The people in this store are fantastic. Always go out of their way to help you. Doing business here with no issues for years. Shop confidently.
I hear that tall guy is super nice
I called for my son he is late on the thing he got but anyway if I would have just gotten the things that I'm paying for a few months ago I would let it go back the way I was talk to was just uncalled for to me so after I get my stuff paid off I'm done with the rudeness just because someone late don't mean you can talk to them the way you want stuff happens everyone can't be perfect
I've never bought here but know someone who worked there and said they whole store is covered up in roaches and fleas. They have hired 22 people in the last month. No one can work in it. The manager will not hire pest control
Rude management, told them to pick up their stuff, they said they couldn't take the washer and dryer back but they could get the bedroom suite, I told them I didn't want the washer and dryer, they refused pick up, they called me today saying " we didn't pick up washer and dryer therefore you still owe for it. Even tho I told them we didn't want it
I got a computer from them that was full of roaches they acted like it was my problem to get rid of them and The store manager is very unprofessional even if you pay all your payment and get into a bind they will refuse to help you. I recommend you go to Aaron’s if your in a tight they will help you out
Angel was a blessing in disguise! My son was moving out on his own and she made us a deal we couldn’t refuse. She really went the extra miles. Literally!
