Dr. Beth A. Malizia is a fertility specialist in Birmingham AL offering advanced fertility care including IVF, reproductive surgery and pregnancy loss.
Dr Malizia was born in Montclair NJ and attended Cornell University where she graduated magna cum laude. She attended UNC Chapel Hill for medical school after working on Wall Street for a large investment bank. Dr. Malizia received her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology from UAB and her fellowship training from Harvard Medical School / Beth Israel Deaconess. Her clinical training was at Boston IVF, one of the nation's largest fertility centers. Dr. Malizia has been active in research and publications as well as participation in multiple local and national committees. She is dedicated to provide personalized care to her patients and focuses on advanced fertility care including IVF, recurrent pregnancy loss and surgical treatment of fibroids.
