The aptitude they have at Beth Israel is second to none in my opinion . They took an unbearable , unimaginable experience and handle everything from start to finish including shipping my heart, my loved one , my best friend my significant other , life of togetherness to New York from Florida , Oh how I loved her I miss her dearly ....
Frank was very helpful. I should have reread the obit and changed a few things. My husband was a Marine and he was very proud of it. He also had two sons who had died, we didn’t mention them. I guess I was not thinking clearly. Maybe in the future people could write their obits before they die. So all of the pertinent information will be there!
Sadly I lost both my Dad and Mom in 2022. I'm so glad my parents chose BIMC for their funeral arrangements. They're a very special group of people. I felt comforted and supported throughout the process. Michael, Gina and Ruth took care of my parents with dignity and respect and me as well. They took care of every detail in FL and in MA. They coordinated with the funeral home in Massachusetts. Michael, Gina and Ruth checked in, advised me of the process and made sure my questions were answered. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm very grateful that my parents chose BIMC for their arrangements. The staff is attentive and quite remarkable and they offer support in so many comforting ways.
Hannah Weiss was a delight to work with. Knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and professional. She handled everything with grace. Kudos to Hannah for her skill. A real asset to Beth Israel!
When I moved from Florida to Massachusetts, I called Beth Israel Memorial Chapel in Delray and gave them my new address in Massachusetts. Several days later I received a call from Kevin Karlo, explaining that, even though I had pre-paid 14 years ago for funeral services in Florida this and burial services in Massachusetts, they would be unable to service my needs since they do not have a facility in Massachusetts, and refunded me a sizable portion of my prepaid monies. After incredible stress and worry on my part, Kevin called me and told me he was working with Schlossberg Memorial Chapel in Canton, Massachusetts, to get me the best deal, even at today’s prices. Kevin and John Finstein worked out an excellent arrangement. I have only the best to say about Kevin and Beth Israel Memorial Chapel. Thank you thank you thank you!
Our mother had a pre-arranged burial & since she passed away in a different state than Fl, the staff at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel were extremely supportive & helpful in coordinating with a local funeral home to bring our mother to her final resting place with our father. Rabbi Stephen Pinsky was phenomenal in the eulogy he gave. Thank you for making this difficult time easier for our family.
During a very difficult time, Beth Israel Memorial Chapel and their team were there to guide and support us. Specifically, Jacqueline Jackie Schuller, our Pre-Need Family Service Advisor, was more than helpful to us. She was there from beginning to end and we are extremely grateful for her!
The people here are kind, patient, and efficient. I felt very well taken care of.
I lost my 35 year old daughter. This was the worst time of my life. Everyone at Beth Israel was professional at the same time being gentle and sympathetic. Basically they took care of me with kid gloves.
Amy Gabay was wonderful. I had so many questions and she answered them patiently and was extremely kind. I recommend her very highly. She was over the top nice to me.
