As others have commented, this is a very friendly congregation and community of believers in Yeshua the Messiah. It was a delight to worship with them, to hear the word of God spoken both in English, and Hebrew with some Spanish translation going on in the background . The fellowship dinner afterwards on the second Sabbath or Shabbat of the month was very savory but more importantly, was the fellowship with the other believers, the open-mindedness, the great conversation. The main service starts at 11:00 a.m. with greetings taking place beforehand. Fellowship meals started around 1:00ish and went as long as everybody hung around. Most people helped with cleaning up afterwards, which was nice to see. If you haven't been to a Messianic Jewish service, then it's worth coming to this one if you're in the Fort Worth area. Do expect it to have a little different flavor from regular church with the use of a Hebrew/English book of readings from the Bible. Also, just like the Psalms are songs, so their Bible readings or the readings from the Torah when read in Hebrew were done at times in a song type melody they were always read in English as well for the majority of attendees. Different but kind of nice. I can see how it would help with memorizing scriptures. The message by Phillip Ross, who is also in spiritual care at a local hospital, was on point. The worship music was somewhat traditional / contemporary with the words Jesus changed to Yeshua, his Jewish name. One of my favorite songs by Gloria Gaither, "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus there's just something about that name" was transliterated into ”Yeshua, Yeshua, Yeshua, there's just something about that name." Overall, well worth attending and highly recommend.
A very friendly Messianic congregation. They are what one can expect for Fort Worth, a real cowboy flavor. I will go again and possibly join.
We love this place! It's truly a place of family, of people who care, loving Abba G-d and loving others! We've been so grateful to be there and look forward to experiencing more life there!!
My family and I have been attending for almost 2 years.. They're the most loving people at this shul. Our children love their teachers and they are taught very well. B'H for leading us here.
Some good some need prayer for their heartaches that they take out on others because they have yet to grasp that everything is from Yahweh
Love the full messianic service and love the sweet Spirit and the friendly people.
Nice people..God Bless
