Bethany Lutheran School is a nationally accredited WELS elementary school located in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Bethany is a part of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). The WELS has over 300 schools and is the 4th largest private school system in the United States. Bethany has been educating children in the Kenosha area for over 85 years! We are excited to mark this anniversary of sharing God's Word with families.
Our school is fully accredited with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod School Accreditation (WELSSA) and the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA). Annually we reapply and report to these organizations who in turn review the ministry and programs that Bethany offers to families.
A portion of our student body are members of Bethany Lutheran Church. We do welcome and accept families and students who are not members of Bethany. Most of our families and students reside in the Kenosha and Pleasant Prairie area, but we do also have students from Bristol, Paddock Lake, Salem, and Racine.
