One or both sides often has an issue. Ex: the right side would not take cards for some reason, so I had to wait 20 minutes for another client to finish with their dogs to use the side with the operational card reader. I have wanted to buy tokens on more than one occasion to avoid having to use a card, but there are none for the dog wash in the vending machine. A family member lost $10 to the machine and after calling customer service, was told 3X that the manager would call and they never did. Finally, the Pros: great water pressure, space works even for most larger dogs, does not take long, locking door so another client doesn't inadvertently come in mid bath and disturb you and your dog and no doggie escapes.

Nice car wash, when it works. First bad experience: drive in, undercarriage spray works fine. Get sprayed with initial water, then boom. Ride over. I called and reported this to the number listed, no result. Nice lady listened sympathetically, took my info, then nothing. Second bad experience: drive in, undercarriage spray works fine. Initial water sprayed down one side and up the other. Fine. Layer of soap all around just fine. Second !?! heavier layer of soap all around. Then . . . ride over again! I had to drive around last evening looking for a place to rinse all this soap off that was drying all over. I must have been quite the sight.
This is one of the best car washes around. It does a thorough job. My only complaint is it is kind of pricy and there's not much difference between the 14.00 wash and the wash for 10 bucks.
Great place to wash your pet .very clean .
Enter at your own risk. If you have vent shades on your vehicle you might not when you leave. The air dryer blew my wind deflector off my roof. Luckily it wasn't broken just got some Gorilla 2 sided tape and reinstalled it..
This used to be the best car wash in Wheeling, but then the owner installed a new type of wash machine and also raised the prices. The old wash machine did a really great job of cleaning a vehicle. The new machine, not so much. Prices are higher now too. I go to Elm Grove car wash now.
How convenient, easy as can be and reasonably priced. Will be back.
Vending machine didnt work and the car wash machine wasnt accepting cash. Sucks this car wash is a rocks throw away....
It was ok...but there are always spots that have been completely missed and are still dirty when im done there. Also tbe windows seemed greasy afterwards
