Nice staff. Not too busy for a Saturday. Person at the counter was nice enough to re-weigh my package to make sure the person receiving it would not have to pay extra.
Came here to get passport’s for myself and family & had the absolute pleasure of working with Donna. She is truly a gem! Such a funny & sweet woman. I thought the passport experience would be a pain in the from my research but it was not. We truly enjoyed ourselves and she knew her stuff WELL. Even our teenage son got a kick out of her & was all smiles the entire time. Please keep Donna around, she’s a true light in a world that’s become increasingly dark since covid. We need ppl like her to continue spreading joy!!
All the postal workers at Bethel Park are courteous and helpful the occasional odd sense of humor, but that’s fine! Even when there are a lot if customers, the line moves well. Actually, I don’t know how they maintain such calm and professionalism when some of the members of the general public are just the opposite!
Donna assisted me with applying for a new passport. She was amazing. Extremely friendly, informative, and kind. Donna thank you for making this visit to the post office so pleasant.
It’s remarkable how many problems I have with this particular post office and how it never seems to be their fault. This is the third time I had an issue with a package this year and every single time I got the same run around it’s our partner facilities fault I wish I can choose where my tax dollars go cause I would make sure this place doesn’t get a penny. Three packages, three different shipment providers and the only common denominator is my local post office. I’m so close to opening up a PO Box in a different Township just so I don’t have to deal with these clowns.
Don't bother. Amazing how some positions have great job security. When this is true, performance and attitude just goes out the window. Donna was worthless and the employee to her left, Kathy?, was fantastic. Too bad we had to use Donna for the passport option. Better have everything in triplicate or just go to another PO and get better service with a smile!
I think giving this post office 1 star is way too much. Every person who works there was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. They clearly reach to the bottom of the barrel when employing people at the Bethel Post Office.
Kathy is wonderful! I had to ship 19 small packages and she was very helpful & kind. She gave me some tips for the next time I need to ship things as well. There was an issue once I got home, I realized that one package was not showing up on my receipt so I checked my house and car and then called to see if they had seen my missing package. The man that answered the phone was nice and got Kathy on the phone, and she told me that she had found it, paid for shipping herself and had mailed me the tracking information. I recommend this post office over any others in the area. There was no long line and there was more than one employee working the front.
I mailed a birthday card on March 1 for my friend to her address in Bethel Park. Today, March 17, it is being returned to me because the Bethel Park post office said her address can not be found. What? She's lived there for 35+ years. When you try to call them, their direct phone number says you need a remote access code. Then the call hangs up. I guess I'll take her card to FedEx or UPS who will deliver to her address.
The two ladies were very rude on Nov 6th around noon. I had an issue with my child’s passport that only needed 5 minutes of attention but they said no cause it was by appointment only. There was no one else in the post office. They basically were being lazy and didn’t want to help. I can understand by appt only if it was busy or they were already helping someone but they were just standing there leaning up against the counter. They didn’t care I dragged my kid in to get this done and maybe they could go the extra step.
