Exploring Gifts and Graces (EGG) is an intensive one-week, all expenses paid, summer theology and leadership experience for 11th and 12th grade students.
The Summer EGG Theology and Leadership Experience also offers students the opportunity to explore the arts, music, drama, spoken word, and dance, to develop awareness of diversity within the Christian community, and to connect faith and Scripture with real life issues. EGG seeks to assist young people as they begin to live out their calling to serve God and the world and to prepare theologically minded and socially engaged youth as future leaders for the Church.
EGG is held at Bethune-Cookman University from July 15-July 23, 2017. BCU is a four-year, private institution of higher education related to the United Methodist Church. The campus is centrally located in sunny Daytona Beach, FL near the World’s Most Famous Beach.
The EGG program runs for nine days and eight nights and participants will live, work, and play on the Bethune-Cookman University campus. Experience dorm life and share meals in the Wildcat Café together. Worship services and Christian music concerts will be held in Bethune-Cookman’s beautiful Heyn Chapel. Enjoy classes and activities on the campus and get a real feel for University life. Come explore life at BCU!
