I cannot say enough great things about Susan! She was with us before we moved across country to help find us a home. She would call and check on our status for not only our journey to Maine, but to see how things were going regarding our house closing. She took the initiative to contact us to see how things were going throughout the process and got to know us to make sure that she was able to find suitable homes for us to look at once we were finally in state. It was only a couple of days of showings before we found the house that we wanted to get into! Susan and the rest of the team were then able to get us through the loan process to make an offer and eventually close on a great house!

Through the Better Homes and Gardens Website we were randomly assigned Faith Morse and boy did we luck out! Faith was incredibly receptive to hearing all of our needs and wishes and guiding us first time home buyers through the ever complicated world of the Real estate market in 2022. We quickly adopted the saying “in Faith we trust” because her experience and knowledge helped us filter through properties that did not meet our needs. With extensive knowledge, patience, availability, and care, Faith was able to get us into the perfect house for us. Were it not for Faith, we don’t think we could have made it through this process. During closing, Faith’s recommendations for various local services was extensive. As Faith would say, “I know a guy for this.” For every question we had, she had an answer. For any question she didn’t have an answer for, she would find an answer within the hour. We learned so much and consider Faith not only a great agent, but a great friend.
My wife and I worked with Elaine Pelletier to sell our house. She was fantastic from start to finish! It felt as though all we had to do was decide to sell and she took care of everything else. She coached us on everything from prepping the house to considering offers. Elaine has helped us two different times and both have been an extreme pleasure!
The sale of our house was interesting to say the least, none of which was our agents fault. Each time a buyer backed out of their contract Sue would immediately jump right back in to get more showings scheduled. Our agent, Susan Dube was always quick to respond and was very supportive throughout the entire process of selling our house; we would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.
Rene is the best. Even though we were the buyer and knew she represented the seller, she was the one in the middle making it happen. Both sides were happy with the ease of the purchase and sale. If we ever sell, Renee is getting the listing!!!
My experience with Rick Gatcomb, our agent, could not have been smoother. His knowledge, efficiency, and personal friendliness was fantastic! He even provided winter boots and coat for the showing since I was flying in from Florida! And such a FUN time as well. My husband and I have purchased many homes and cottages over the years.
