Better Life Natural Foods

I went in to use my health savings account here at this store and I was denied service. First time using my hsa card I won't be returning to this store . After calling the company I could have used my card there I was told I could be charged with a crime and that's not true .all you would have to do is pay the money back

Awesome health food store tucked away in Ellensburg! I love this place. Everything that I’m looking for & then some. They have great selections & more than one brand & if they don’t have it, they will order it! I love the sales- they’re some of the best on some of the best products. Selection is huge. They have everything that a health nut could ask for from gluten-free items & organic. Vitamins to great skin care items. We are so lucky to have this place here in Ellensburg & the staff is knowledgeable & seem to be pretty happy with where they work!

Some of the products have not moved for more than six months. Most of the staff is very helpful and I needed help since I don't know much about vegetarian eating habits. I was able to make a special order for Market Spice tea and that really sold me on continuing to be a customer. I found the clerks more than made up for some of the older stock. As I am too new to this to rate, let me say that I would recommend this company to my friends & neighbors.

Easily one of the top 5 small businesses in Ellensburg. Great selection and great deals on discounted items. Super sharp, friendly employees, and best of all, very high quality, reasonably priced bulk foods. You can't go wrong shopping here.

I called every single store in Ellensburg looking for water chestnuts and all of them were sold out. Desperate I called the tiny little better life natural foods store. Fortunately they had some but they had already closed the till. After I explained that every store in town was sold out, she told me that she would sell them to me anyways if I brought exact change. All she said to me at the store was Happy Thanksgiving. Goes to show there are kind people in this world. The woman who was working was so kind and definitely made my thanksgiving.

Excellent customer service. Needed a product for my pet. Worked with me to the very last minute of their working day to help get me what I needed. Always helpful via telephone and in store.
