Dr. Timothy Willingham is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. After completing his residency at the Mayo Clinic in 2001, he moved to the West Palm Beach area where he has practiced for 12 years as a hospital-based physician in Internal Medicine. He is Board Certified and has extensive experience in preventive medicine, weight loss, geriatric medicine and management of chronic medical issues such as diabetes, congestive heart failure and hypertension.
Our Nurse Practitioner, Sailys Stewart, was born in Habana, Cuba and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Her scope of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention and the diagnosis and management of common and complex health care issues beginning in childhood and continuing throughout the aging process.
Sailys has a unique combination of strong nursing skills and strives to provide the best health care possible. Her extensive, Board Certified training and broad experience make her a valuable team member at Better Me Healthcare!
