Ordered flowers and balloon for my wife and had it delivered to her and they sent the balloon folded up in the flowers. You charge for the balloon but don't even take the time to inflate nor do you call to let me know that you wouldn't be able to or anything. Very disappointed!! Lost my business for a long time.
