Betty Cakes Cake Shop--Tampa Bay is owned by Vickie West, renowned caterer in Pasco County, FL, for more than 20 years. Now she turns her talents towards special occasion and wedding cake design, and gourmet cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies and other baked sweets. Counter cakes and cake by the slice are available in the cafe which is located across from the Historic Pasco County Courthouse next to Kafe Kokopelli. Shop also serves Joffery's coffee, tea and smoothies. A la carte lunch items served all day: Soup of the Day, Quiche of the Day, Croissant or Greek Pita bread with Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad, Egg Salad; Pasta Salad, Garden Salad, and Hummus with Pita Chips.
