The experience at Betty K is terrible all they care about is your $ ,and the service is terrible and they need customer service training. I work hard for what I want ,but y'all want me to beg them to bring my vehicle over for what I done pay for ,not 1 phone call to say what going on in to regards of my vehicle.I am very disappointed by them I am not supporting their businesses anymore.There are more shipping company out there ,they need to remember that.
Worst people to deal with especially for deliveries, horrible warehouse worker. Spend the extra coin and deal with a serious company like Tropical shipping. Avoid at all expense.
Sending machines and heavy equipment since 1992 with them. Ms. Jessica helped me out today at the river with a customer's Dynapc roller.
I delivered some goods to be shipped there, and the staff was prompt and friendly. They made sure the goods were checked in properly, and even helped me get some things out of my vehicle. Secured my palette right in front of me. Pleasant experience all around.
I love the efficiency of the service provided by the company as far as cargo and shipping is concerned, but I really don't appreciate the attitude of the receiving agents at times. They're often inattentive and scarce when you need them. There is one in particular who has a rather lazy and very distasteful approach to dealing with customers. I've been using the Betty k for many years and have literally chosen to used other cargo companies at times just avoid this kind of experience. With tips or without them these guys are pretty much the same every visit. Also, It appears the company itself hasn't invested much in making the Receiving agents jobs any easier over the years as they are still wrapping pallets by hand and having to walk around the pallet several times just to seal it. When advanced equipment are available to reduce the strain on the employees and save time . Efficiency and customer service goes a long way. This company has made millions of off Bahamians alone over the years. It would be great to see some upgrades for the sake of the employees and the customers. Even the vending machines need servicing. It's time for a revamp Betty K. At least for the location in Miami!

This company has no consideration for their customers and extremely poor customer service, especially at the home office in Nassau. When transporting my vehicle and personal items, this company did not take care or pride in making sure my personal items were kept in good shape. Broken tv, stolen laptops, stolen shoes, etc. I’ve been told not to use Betty K to ship anything to Nassau because they are known for things disappearing, but I had to learn for myself. You can’t pay me to use this company for freight services again.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 15 years of exporting. I've unfortunately had to deal with them over 10 times in past year. And EVERY SINGLE time I have issues with something on their end. Only to never receive any help or understanding. On top of that, extremely rude and unprofessional. I urge all my customers to take their business elsewhere!
