Today at 3.35pm I went to East Strausburg store and I never ever in my life was so disrespected like there. The girl with huge nails and long dark hair was so nasty, but so nasty with me . I was looking for help and she was treating me like S… answering my questions with a sarcastic face and laughing. I never was so disrespected like today in this Sally Beauty store in East Strousburg PA ,and I was ready to spend a good amount of money there. Sorry but I will never ever will be in this store again. I hope someone can tell this person or teach her how to work with whoever is paying for her salary.
Every time I've gone into this store, I've run into a young African American woman who is simply rude. From what I can assume, she is the manager. She talks to the customers in a demeaning tone, and her employees as well. She does not make me feel comfortable enough to ask her questions, and when I do I usually get short, curt replies. From the other reviews I've read under this post, this is a recurring problem, so when is someone going to look into this?
Best WalMart in area. This store doesn't make the local papers like the one in E Stroudsburg and Mt Pocono do. Worth the extra few minutes to drive to this store.
RUDE WORKER BAD ATTITUDE and this store is absolutely dumb they don’t even have change for bills larger than $50.00. Not everyone likes to use a card for small transactions. And the lady/ little girl working 2/19/2022 @ approximately 3:00 was a trying to be rude about not having change. Don’t waste your time go elsewhere & they carry your stuff up as if your going to run off with it or something.
If they don’t have exactly what I’m looking for, they usually have a good back up. The sales associates always seem very knowledgeable.
Great for last minute or spur of the moment color change however, still need improvement on ethnic products.
Always love coming here. The associates are always very helpful and answer all of my questions.
Site says they're open til 7. Drove allll the way down here for them to put a sign on the door they close at 5 today
Becky is so nice and super knowledgeable. She has taken so much time talking to me about products to get my hair from box dye black, to light blonde then gray. And all of that was me being a first timer doing my own hair. Not only is she knowledgeable but she actually cares about the health of your hair and helping you achieve your desired result. 5 star all the way in my book. If you want honest, helpful, knowledgeable advice....Becky's your woman!
