I HIGHLY recommend. Called today from Arizona and ordered a standing spray. The woman was friendly and i could tell in her voice I could trust her to make s beautiful arrangement. And she even texted me a picture of it. It was so beautiful it got a tearful “perfect” from my mother. She even got my long winded message for the sympathy card just perfect. It’s easy to support good people.
Absolutely thrilled! Friendly and accommodating staff. I was able to make a special order to send my sister a little something for Valentines Day with sunflowers. Knowing sun flowers are not in season, they were able to pull some sunflowers and have them reserved for me in their cooler and delivered my sister a BEAUTIFUL vase arrangement this morning exactly how I asked wax flower filled and lots of greens. I will definitely be ordering from this shop for future needs in the Morgantown area! Wonderful job and a pleasure to work with!
I live about 150 miles from Morgantown and wanted to send my daughter flowers for Nurses week. I didn’t know what florist to call and took a chance with Beverly Hills Florist...the flowers were beautiful!!! The lady I ordered from was very helpful and extremely nice. Will definitely order from them again!
Had an awesome experience using this great florist today! I called in as I wanted to speak to someone about the floral arrangement I was envisioning. They worked with me to come up with the perfect arrangement for a very sad but special occasion. Wonderful customer service, so super friendly and just an absolute pleasure to work with. She texted me a photo of the arrangement before delivery and I was floored...SO BEAUTIFUL, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you so so much Beverly Hills Florist - you made a sad day so much brighter for our family.

I have ordered and received flowers from here. All experiences were wonderful and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The flowers I ordered were exactly what I wanted for a themed bridal shower. I was able to safely transport them 2.5 hours couple days before the event and they still looked wonderful.
We ordered flowers directly off their website and when they arrived they looked NOTHING like the photo so we called and spoke with a lady about getting our money back. My husband was very nice and described that they were in the wrong vase, wrong flowers and was completely different from the photo and poorly arranged. She never apologized for the mistake and asked us to bring the flowers back which was fine but when we got there she was nasty, telling us never to order from them again and she really let my husband have it. Very very poor customer service and the quality of their flowers are terrible. Arrived with missing petals and broken stems. We paid $60 and got maybe $20 worth of flowers. We will never order from them again and I recommend no one else does either!
DO NOT ORDER from here --- I ordered from 1-800-FLOWERs for a Fri delivery. They came and did not look anything like the advertised product. Called 1-800 and was told redelivery for Sat. Sat no delivery at all. Called 1-800 and had to get a full refund because the florist refused to remake the product as advertised. The picture of the arrangement is disgusting and I so wish I could post it. This florist is terrible and had I known this is who 1-800 used I would have refused to order!!! I send flowers frequently and will not use this florist or 1-800 EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
The most unprofessional people I have ever met. Got a call my flowers I had received for the death of my father were placed at my front door, I walked outside and nothing was there. So I called back and told the woman there’s nothing there, apparently she had left them at some neighbors doorstep “ on their front porch” none in which I know okay... accidents happen but how they handled it made me absolutely disgusted!!! The woman told me very rudely that she “wasn’t coming back” even though she was not even 3 mins away and had just left she said she had “more important things to do” and that I a mom of 3 kids all under the age of 5 should just go out and get them Myself ... now I have to get my kids dressed and go house hopping driving all over the place searching for flowers that were suppose to be for my fathers passing.... bc of this rude heartless woman.... don’t order from here!! Totally rude and they don’t care about you or your flowers!! Horrible
