This is a beautiful hotel at the most prestigious neighbors. I love their service, room service, restaurant, and concierge. One of the top tier hotel I can ever find in this area. I highly recommend it for a romantic night or shopping to do nearby.Rooms: 4/5

The spa services should be reported to medical board of California!!!!!!!!!! They have zero knowledge about you as a patient or as a client. They will definitely harm your body and health  or inject what ever they feel like it without any consideration to your health issue . I scheduled an appointment and week before I had an appointment with my doctor which forbade me to take that injection as a life treating if I will. They didn’t care about it at all and when I came to cancel a week before my original appointment the ignore and declined my messages , text and emails. They took the deposit and not willing to reimburse it . I finally got some to answer me after a week     as I called from a different number and the representative knew exactly who I’m and kept saying “ we don’t care about it “ she have laughed at my face and she was absolutely lying : at the beginning she said I’m just taking messages.. then she said we don’t reimburse money back you got your service  which I didn’t!! then she said I saw you texts let me screenshot them and we will get back to you “ The manager will give you call back . They have zero respect , definitely could risk my life without blinking, I’m so glad I was saved by my doctor!!! I thought coming to Beverly Hills would feel like a vip , dame I was wrong .  Do you self a favour and keep your self out of this business asap !!

I would give 4.5 * The beauty of the old charm from Beverly Hills still exist in this hotel. the pool lounge and the pool are magnificent, the Rooms are nice and cosy and spacious. plus a fridge, a micro and more. the minor issue is the less expensive rooms have no Elevator access. other than that weloved the stay there i would go back any time.

This hotel is fantastic.  From the food in the restaurant, to the pool, to the spectacular staff, this was in the top 3 hotel stays I've ever had.  Nelson at the door was particularly charming and welcoming.  Every staff person was practically falling over themselves to be helpful and accommodating.  They even charged up my EV for me in the parking lot!  I also want to note the spectacular floral arrangements in the hotel.  The fragrance of naturally fresh cut flowers was heavenly.  I don't really like strong smells cooked up in a laboratory, so the natural smell of the flowers was delightful.  The gardeners on the grounds did a marvellous job as well.   I will be back, and would strongly recommend this hotel to any and all.

Paid for a consultation had it last week , and was scheduled for a procedure today, I am an hour away mind you. Due to flood my procedure was canceled from Monday to today. I arrived only to find out the office was still flooded and procedures were to be done in the hotel suites ! When they pull me up I am under ANOTHER CONSULTATION !! The young ladies who have nothing to do with scheduling did offer to have me stay till 2pm to have my procedure fufilled , but 3 hours no thank you. This is the worst I asked for my deposit back.

I recently stayed at the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa and it was a complete nightmare. The service was absolutely terrible and the staff were completely unprofessional and rude. I was so disappointed with my experience there and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.  Firstly, the price they charged for their rooms was ridiculously high, especially considering the terrible service and overall experience I had. I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for a fraction of the cost. It's clear that they are only interested in making money and not providing their customers with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.  The staff were completely unprofessional and incompetent. They were rude and dismissive whenever I had a question or needed something. They seemed like they didn't care about their guests at all and were only interested in doing the bare minimum to get by. It was clear that they had no training or experience in the hospitality industry and had no idea how to treat customers properly.  Furthermore, the hotel itself was in terrible condition. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and stained carpets. The spa was a joke, with broken equipment and untrained staff. I couldn't believe how poorly everything was managed and how little they seemed to care about their guests' experiences.  Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa to look elsewhere. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at, and I regret ever booking a room there. Save yourself the trouble and find a hotel that actually cares about their guests and provides a decent level of service.

Dirty, gross and horrendous smelling rooms. Terrible staff hospitality. Nothing like they advertise AT ALL and the way they treat their guests is disgusting. The positive reviews are from their staff members and friends. You can see on one review even the girl admits to leaving a review cause she works there.Rooms: 1/5

Amazing experience… a Gorgeous European styled hotel with a stunning lobby, breathtaking pool, delicious restaurant and 5 Star Service. I realized why the experience is so outstanding, it’s a family owned hotel, every aspect of the experience has been specially crafted to surround you with respect and kindness!  Every employee greeted me through out the day, when I returned from meeting, I was welcomed back with a warm smile. Sam and the front desk were outstanding, constantly checking to see if I needed anything. It’s like staying with family, I extended my stay twice because I loved it so much. It was kinda sad to leave…the valets and doorman were so gracious that one even ran to the gym to retrieve my cell phone which I left accidentally. Who does that kind of caring act?  Employees at the Beverly Hills Plaza  Hotel and Spa do it all day long. It’s a Special Hotel with Special people working there

Located in a posh part of Beverly Hills, But a relatively calm area. Suites were spacious, But no E/V and the combined shower booth was minus.Rooms: 4/5

This place was very strange. The lobby was hideously and ostentatiously decorated, complete with rococo revival clock. There was an overwhelming smell of some unpleasant artificial fragrance, so bad that I needed to put on my N95 respirator to avoid getting a migraine.  The path to our room no. 530 was convoluted and required going up and down several small flights of stairs. Very strange, and annoying with our large roller bag.  First impressions of the room were not good. There was a strong smell of cheap cleaning products, and one of the three windows was missing its privacy/blackout curtain. Another had a cheap curtain that did not provide full black out, and there was a bright exterior light just outside this window. The cabinets in the room were heavily damaged, the shower was full of mildew, and every time we showered the hot water ran out after about five minutes. Very unusual for a hotel. The HVAC rattles from our unit and the neighboring unit were so noisy they woke me up numerous times during the night and early morning. I tried leaving the fan on continuously, but the rattling at irregular intervals was even more bothersome. Noise from motorcycles passing on Wilshire also woke me up.  The bed was reasonably comfortable. Bed linens and towels were of acceptable quality.
