The woman who answers the phone when you call for parking permits hates her job and her life. Terrible service. She is rude, she speaks too quick for anyone to understand, and when you ask her to repeat herself she will scream at you over the phone. Total lack of professionalism, manners, and is a very bad representative of the Beverly Hills community. Please replace/retire her as we have a terrible experience every time we call to ask for a parking permit. Unfortunately, she is also the only one who ever answers the phone so there’s no way around her rudeness.

A terrible officer who didn’t identify herself attacked senior citizen and their caregiver for money, was emotionally abusive, power-tripping like she’s 12 yo who got access to a gun. She should not work there cause she seemed to be pretty unstable, but their department wouldn’t even wave the ticket the crazy police officer gave to 86 years old disabled person for trying to get out of the car. I’m happy I don’t live here because this department is a joke, and I’m pretty sure this lady wouldn’t be that sassy if she had an actual criminal In front of her. Shame on you!

WOW! Sgt William Fair and Officer Julian Reyes, we see you. We see you attempt to use copyright laws to hide. Try as you might, the citizens are looking to take that badge…. I mean it would be a shame if someone brought suit on the department for obstruction of media…..  pretty clear as day in the videos on Instagram right now… I’m sure you make your family “proud”

Okay. I have never written a review before. So, the five stars are for Emma in the traffic department. She is so amazing. She is patient, kind, knows what she is doing, and does her job well. My car was impounded. I must have been to the police department three or so times. I just really love and respect how she handles her job. People like that are people you gain a high admiration for. Thank you.

The fact that there is a cop on the force that thinks you need a California drivers license to drive in California is ridiculous. This is  not how we expect our tax dollars to be spent. We would like better educated police officers. These issues start at the top with the leadership. Its important that there is good leadership that can be sure their officers are doing a proper job.  The cops on the job are as only as good as their leaders. Im curious as to if I can change this review in the future.

Officer diamond and her partner are a shining example of how cops should be. My autistic son was targeted by a rich woman who was offended by his autitistim face. He swings his arms and makes strange faces because he is autistic. Officer Diamond and her partner treated him like an actual human being, understood that the lady was being as rich entitled social justice warrior, and let him go. Thank you so much.

Last night i have a problem my car lost.i called to 911 then right a way bevery hill police officer came .wishire and stanly two cop came and helped.they are very nice. felt good protected.they are very warm heart fast work and especially gave me comfort and security. i felt it is our country"s beauty.i do not know name i really appreciate them and will not forget the kindness.

My husband accidentally left his Driving license with the the cops who were doing random checking of DUI. We realized that we lost the license only aftte couple of days. The beverly hills police department mailed us the license back. Thanks a lot guys!

My friend, Sylvia, wanted to thank and commend the actions of Officer Bedo after she was in a recent car accident.  She was very upset after her accident so Officer Bedo called her husband directly to let him know she was ok.  Although her vehicle was drivable and no one was hurt, he offered her a ride home knowing how upset she was.  After declining the ride, he followed her home to make sure she was safe and gave her his phone number in case she had any questions or concerns.  Officer Bedo went above and beyond his duties and she wanted to let him know how much she appreciated the personal care he showed her.
