I highly recommend Elena, PA-C. She was incredibly knowledgeable and detail oriented. Elena took her time to do the fillers and educated me on what would help with other areas of concern. Elena was personable and patient. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone that is experienced with dermal, fillers, Botox, and other injectables. I'll be back!

I wish I could give this unreliable medSpa zero star. I had IPL done without numbing cream. It was very painful. No instructions were given for post flare up. Now my face is broken out with blisters, burning like hell & no Dr available to treat my condition. The nurse Marcy just recommending over the counter cortisone & ice!! The personnel are not very trained or knowledgeable and are very rude. I was not aware that they're on Groupon. Which now explains why they're on Groupon. I will report this practice GROUP/ all the branches to medical board. I'm an RN. I know the difference between a rash and a burn. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MED- SPA GROUP ALL TOGETHER!!
Extremely baffled as to why I could not receive an elective lazer treatment that I paid for. I have Rosacea. The best and most effective treatment for Rosacea is IPL Lazer. Beverly's "medical staff" PA or Dr.? would not give me "medical clearance" because of my Rosacea being "active"..... ??? My Rosacea as most people I would assume is ALWAYS active and thus the reason I seek IPL Lazer treatments I drove far AND took a half of a day off from work to get this treatment for a wedding I have to attend this weekend. I had this appointment booked for over a month. I have had MANY IPL lazer treatments. This whole situation was completely absurd. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! A complete waste of my time. Very very disappointed in the outcome. Now I have no IPL treatment available before an important occasion.

Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center Southlake Texas melinda dance 3 reviews 6 months ago Horrible experience! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! I had so many issues with them! First I spent over $2700 with them for laser hair removal, lip filler, chemical peel, and IV cocktail! They would never get my appointments correct. They would always cancel at the last minute. Also they were supposed to coordinate my appointments together on the same day, that never happened. Their excuse was the other office in Flower Mound didn't coordinate the appointments together. Always placed blame on the other office for their mistakes instead of owning up to them. I paid for laser hair removal on my legs and at the time I specifically asked if 6 treatments would be enough because I was coming to them from American Laser Center because I still had hair on my legs from treatment. Of course they said yes and that's what I paid for. Well a few months after completing my treatment I still had just as much hair from when I started treatments. So I contacted them and expressed my concerns and Tiffany the office manager pretty much said "too bad." I asked if they could just do a touch up and she said no I would have to pay full price again. Also to make things even worse, I sent my boss there and she got laser hair removal on her bikini area and the technician burnt her! She now has permanent scars from it. Please beware of this place. There is always new technicians. Their turn over rate is horrible! I always had a different technician every time I went. Also the office manager Tiffany is very sweet but does not know how customer service should be at the top of her priority list. Patient to patient referral is the best referrals. Word of mouth is gold! Now they have lost me as well as my boss and we never recommended them to anyone. Actually if anyone is looking for laser hair removal, etc. go to Alecxander Med Spa in Hurst, TX. I was in bed for two weeks and had to seek treatment from my medical doctor because my skin split open. I have scarring from the procedure.
