Beverly Park Place Health and Rehab

My experience here has been great! I’ve expanded so much on my skill set as a nurse in wound care and management. The wound care team has taught me so much about wounds and how to treat and take care of them. The administration team has given me all the tools I need to be a productive part of my team. I also have the support of great nursing staff, social worker, activities, housekeeping, dietary, and unit clerk that do a phenomenal job at getting the needs of our resident met. I couldn’t be more thankful for the job that I have and the people I work with!

As a former employee, I can honestly say the employees at this facility truly care about their residents. I personally had a great aunt and my wife's grandmother at this facility. We had nothing but a great experience. If there was ever any issues all the administration responded swiftly and with a great attitude. I highley recommend Beverly Park Place to anyone looking for a family members long term care.

No one wants their loved one to be in the situation of needing long term care, but I have been quite pleased with Mom’s care. The staff are so good with her and she is always clean and well fed. They try to help her find activities she can enjoy and know her preferences. Despite her dementia, she has voiced on several occasions that she is well cared for and that she feels like she’s in a good place.

I recently had the opportunity to visit after moving my grandmother into Beverly Park Place, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I entered the facility, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the staff. The level of care and compassion displayed by the staff members truly impressed me. One aspect that stood out was the genuine concern and attentiveness the staff showed towards the residents. It was evident that they genuinely cared about their well-being and went above and beyond to ensure their comfort. The staff took the time to listen to the residents' needs and preferences, making them feel valued and respected. The kindness exhibited by the staff was truly heartwarming. They took the time to engage in conversations with the residents, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Whether it was assisting with daily activities or simply offering a listening ear, the staff always went the extra mile to make the residents feel at home. Furthermore, the level of knowledge displayed by the staff was remarkable. They were well-versed in a wide range of healthcare topics and were always ready to answer any questions or concerns. Their expertise and experience were evident in the way they efficiently handled various situations and provided appropriate care to the residents. Not only did the staff exhibit professionalism and expertise, but they also fostered a sense of community within the facility. They organized engaging activities and events that encouraged social interaction among the residents. It was heartening to see the staff's dedication to creating a vibrant and inclusive environment where residents could form meaningful connections. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and designed to provide a comfortable living environment for the residents. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, creating a homely atmosphere. Additionally, the facility had a range of amenities and services that catered to the residents' diverse needs, ensuring their overall well-being

My husband is here for rehab. Last night, there was 1 nurse for 30 patients! The staff is over worked, but nice. I hit the call button and it took them 20 minutes to respond. They need to patch holes and paint the walls and put up some pictures. Very depressing place.

I highly recommend Beverly Park Place for your loved one! My dad suffered from a stroke 8 years ago and his prognosis was very poor, the doctors at the hospital said he’d be lucky to live another year. We weren’t capable of providing him with the appropriate level of medical care he needed and we were grateful to get him placed at Beverly Park Place for long-term care. Not only is he still a resident there, but he works with restorative care multiple times a week, walking on his rollator. He has always been very well taken care of by staff and we know they not only care for him but they also love him. We are forever grateful for the wonderful and supportive staff!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My mother-in-law was in there and she would lay in her mess for an hour or so before they would clean her, they brought her food but didn't give her any sliverware to eat with or anything to drink. She was suppose to get therapy but that was a joke. Everytime we went to see her she was laying in bed. They didn't give her showers because she refused them but I told them to call me and I could be there in 10 minutes, she went weeks without a shower. The nursing staff said they were short handed but the administration said that was just an excuse for lack of care. I pitched a fit 3 times and they would change things for that moment but it went back to lack of care again. We went everyday to check on her and it was bad. Please don't put your loved ones there.

Longevity of the Staff tells you their hearts are in the service of caring for the Elderly in our community. They strive daily to put the residents first and foremost. The nursing staff work hard and need family support and feedback for the best outcomes regarding their loved ones. Thank you Beverly Park staff for all you do.

My parents were residents at BPP. I was very happy with their care while there. The issues that did arise were always handled promptly by the staff. The communication was excellent. Their room was always clean and they were always welcomed to attend the activities.

My grandmother was here for rehabilitation for several weeks and we felt very fortunate that she was in good hands. Usually one family member was there on a daily basis and the care she received was so much more than we could have imagined. We did not want to put her in any rehabilitation center but we felt like she was well taken care of and couldn’t ask for a better staff.
