The Bevill State Bears Men's Basketball team will resume play in the 2017-18 season. Bevill State basketball is a member of the northern division of the Alabama Community College Athletic Conference. BSCC (formerly Walker College) was once the most dominant men's basketball program in the conference. Hall of Fame Coach Glen Clem led the program for over 40 years, winning several conference championships and participating in the national tournament. After a brief break from athletics, BSCC basketball is back, and looking forward to a great season in 2017-18 led by Coach Tommy Suittes and Assistant Coach Randy Stracner.
