All the employees I have delt with have been very nice. I go there to buy my Ciroc  Passion Vokda. When they have a sale on it I buy two at a time

Love the people that worked there always willing to help you find what you need very knowledgeable great customer service

Booze is suddenly waaayyyy more expensive; clerk blamed supply and demand  Hmmm

It took way too long in line to wait for them to ask for a second cashier. Other than that I love their variety. not a very great environment. I expect better in this area.

Just about any rum, wine, spirit, anything you're looking for? You possibly could find it here

They had my favorite rum and it wasn't on their website. So if you don't see what you're looking for on their website just go in and find it. They had Bumbu rum  For as good or better price as anybody eas long as I had their little bevmo club Carter whatever so I had to get that but that made it cheaper than anywhere else and it's the best rum ever. If you're a pirate or you just like rum or even if you don't or even if you don't drink try it just take a sip leave it in your mouth for a minute and then swallow it's the best ever!

Turned into a mini market. Alcohol has become a low priority. Won't go back.

This rating is more about how this BevMo compares to others i know well. My two main stores are in Vista and Carlsbad, San Diego County. While this store is way bigger space wise and has more food and that kind of stuff, the beer selection was not nearly as good as my home shops--and that's real the whole point, right? I did not shop for wine, but i would hope that this store has tons of great stuff from the surrounding area.

When I need something specific, this place often has it. The prices are reasonable and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Now we're talking about the BevMo in Santa rosa! The staff there was abominable they were so nasty and polite I couldn't find anybody to help me and once I did they were rude and disrespectful! I will never ever ever go to this BevMo again!
