I love shopping at Bevmo. Not only do they have the best selection of alcohol and wine, they also have amazing deals on glassware! Lots of times when I'm buying expensive liquor as gifts, Bevmo has what I want when everywhere else is sold out.
came to get some soda and i went up to the counter to pay and the lady asked me for my ID which was reasonable, i’m 26 i gave her my ID and she claimed it was fake? told her to scan it and it scanned properly and still claimed for it to be fake? i read off all my info on my IDaddress,DOB, etc to confirm it was real and she still claimed it was fake , ironic because i’m probably older than her but that doesn’t matter. she then started to talk to me as if i was a kid and gave me horrible attitude, like seriously? this is a business, act professional when you’re dealing with customers. if i was buying something like champagne or beer then i wouldn’t be upset, but soda??? will not be taking my business here again.
I always shop here for my drinks. The give good discounts on drinks with points.
Always came to this store for wine, many many choices of my favorite Pinot Nior: easy parking, friendly staff

I always come here for good selections of wines. They have plenty of choices. Store is wide and well managed.
I am from the neighborhood, my rating was 5 stars for years...all the managers in this store always've been awesome, till i met Veronica 1/29/2021 at 5.50pm . She have a horrible attitude , very bad customer service. She needs some trainings.
I've heard of them. Finally checked one out. Easy, free membership by just sending a text message ...incredible discounted prices! I'll definitely be buying my alcohol from BevMo
Placed order online. Pulled into BevMo curbside pick up and clicked the check-in button on the confirmation email. Waited over 10 minutes before I walked into store to inquire where my order was. I was told they didn't receive an alert regarding my order. I gave them the order number and requested to have my order cancelled. My order was in their system and I received a confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup. Not sure how they didn't receive an alert.
