They were really nice inside in their first building.
It’s Covid-19 time and lines are through teller. Been waiting 2 hrs and 30 mins. There are 3 lanes, Lane 1 is the fastest! I’m in lane 2 not moving seen 20 cars pass me up. God help them!
5 stars to Al. He saw me waiting for 2 hours for something that should have been completed earlier in 10 min. His co worker didn’t feel like helping me I guess. Al called me up abs apologized. He had someone take care of me right away. I love employees who know how to handle situations. Al, you need a promotion. Way to be alert and provide a solution to a problem. I originally wrote a one star review while I was sitting waiting.
I left a message for ruben tejeda to call me 1 week ago...I wanted constables to monitor traffic here on roosevelt...cars are speeding they don't care about the speed limit of 45...and now a lady gets hit driving out of the dollar store...on her way to the hospital in a. Ambulance..her tire went from the dollar store to the restaurant parking lot which is far...so how fast do you think this 18 year old was going...I figured since constables dont have to monitor schools they could help on roosevelt
Good process but not enough employees to work the windows. 11 windows but only 3 people working today, so it takes a while.
How does precinct 1 give me a no parking area ticket off of 1604 and Military by Potranco Road when they are located all the way on the Southside off of Pleasanton... Southside stuck in the prehistoric times, no credit card machine.... I'll be payin u suckers in pennies u can count on that
Worst place to have to deal with...noone answers phones emails ..will hang up on you after bwing on hold for an hour...and who makes people call before 12......during the week....people have jobs!!! And the judge beyond rude !!!
Idk why they just don’t open up! Have the person walk up to the door hand them a number like they do when they tell you grab a number when you walk in ,write down your phone number hand it over to them with the number they give, and when your next call the person up and have them come in! This is ridiculous! And even the wait 2 hours and 45 min come on!
Very helpful, They were thankful that I had All my papers in order for them to look over and take care of my usual quick inefficient out in a Flash
Went in for court and everything is on computer can’t hear anything and trying to explain your situation goes no where.
