As of now, extremely poor service. Paid over $350 for a muffler, and that's with a coupon, and my vehicle is returned sounding louder than when I brought it in, with a new muffler. How they could actually hand keys back to me and think that it's okay.. makes me wonder how many un-happy customers just don't know about reviews. I intend on getting this fixed. Will post update. UPDATE: Master Muffler made everything good!
The worst place ever!!! They quoted me at almost $1300 to change the pads and routers. It took about 2.5 to get a quote. I decided to go with a different place that gave me a better quote over the phone, but when I showed up at the shop at 12:03pm, it was locked with not a single soul inside with a printed paper sign stating that they apologize for the inconvenience but they will be back at 1300. I had to wait in the heat for 1 hr to get my car back and also miss my other appointment. terrible experience!!!
These guys are awesome. They stayed late so I could get there and pick up my car.
I manage the 4WP in Ogden and we use this Master Muffler for all of our referrals. I recently had them put a performance muffler on an old SUV that I am restoring and they nailed it. I went here to get emissions testing. They told me they couldn't test due to exhaust leak and advised me of it and where the leak was at on my pipes. Quite honest and very much appreciated. They could have tested and failed my vehicle and made an easy $30.00. I highly recommend this place. They tested and passed my truck last year, no problem. Thank you Master Muffler for your honesty and professional attitude.
These guys really helped me out. Went in for a catalytic converter replacement, which isn't cheap these days. Gave me a bid, and actually came back after starting the work to tell me they could save me a bit of money with a different cat and a bit of welding. The mechanics in the shop are decent guys. Definitely give them a go.
I was a regular a this location even before it was Master Muffler because of fast service, honest quotes and feedback, and expertise when a mechanic named Corey was there. There were 2 others who worked there I often saw on their phones or smoking in the shop itself. Very unprofessional! I contacted the company about making an appointment with Corey and was told he was "off" and was referred to Jiffy Lube. I had a friend who went in after work at 4:30 for an emissions check easiest, fastest thing a shop can do and was told they didn't have time, even though they close at 5 and no other cars were there being worked on. What?? Come to find out, Corey had opened his own shop across the street. That is where my business will follow. Poor service, dishonest, and lazy.Services: Oil change

Awesome place to get a oil change and emissions and your decals for your car in and out within 30 minutes. The men there are so polite and respectful and great customer service. Will always recommend and go there for my truck needs thanks you guys for such a great experience.
