Our Pilates and Yoga staff comes from a very diverse background -- some have dance backgrounds, some are certified in contemporary Pilates style, and some are certified in classical Pilates style. This diversity and expansive knowledge is key to the success of our Pilates program. The Pilates instructors blend their certifications and expertise to develop the most dynamic programs possible for each and every one of their clients. This includes customizing programs to meet the specific client needs, from rehab patients to elite athletes.
