BG Nails Spa Salón

What a terrible horrendous place. I have been here a few times to see if my experience would be a little better but it went from bad to worst! The last time I went, I had a spa pedicure that was cut short due to more customers coming in. I had to pay full price even though I was rushed out. Their quality of work is less than mediocre. They don't really know what they are doing. There is no manager if you want to complain and they don't speak or understand English. They don't belong in this neighborhood. If you are trying to have a relaxing time to feel better, this is not the place for you.

Worst nail salon ever. Got a gel pedicure and all my nails started chipping 4 days after and my nail broke which they refused to fix. Made an appt for 10:30 and got there at 10:30 only for the owner to lie and said she made an appt for 11. Terrible customer service and overpriced for mediocre work.

I Love B&H nails. It's just small enough that I can feel the personal connection. Hannah is so nice. She is quick and does a great job. Just remember to set an appt.

Best gel manicure and regular pedicure ever. They dont rush if it's not busy and great 10 minute massage I added on. I needed it today after going through a bad breakup. People's energy can be draining or healing. This place is all about self care. The nail technician was kind and made sure I was okay.

Very nice nail salon. Girls are very very nice. Always accommodating and polite. Good gel nail special Mon. thru Wed. Girls do a great chair massage also. Kid friendly as well.

My pedicure was done thoroughly she was a perfectionist. I appreciate the customer service from these nice ladies and my feet are super smooth. Summer ready!
