I want to say a big Thank you to Lance and his family for being the kindest and loving people. They know how heartbreaking it is to lose your fur baby and from the day after we lost of Gunner they were there making sure that everything was done to our request. It is truly a blessing that we have people like them to help us to be able to bring our fur baby home.
When I say I have never had a company be more compassionate over losing a pet and doing everything they could to help me, especially when I had two dogs pass so close together. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were so kind and considerate. I will never ever use another company again.
I have used Bi City Pet Cremation Services for 5 of my furbabies and they have always been so caring and compassionate. I lost my furbaby Jonah last week and, as usual, they took great care of her and returned her to me within a few days. I highly recommend Bi City Pet Cremation Services and will continue to use them again in the future. Thank you Bi-City!!
Lance and his entire staff continue to deliver caring compassion during difficult times. Loosing a fur baby is never easy, emotionally or with who you will choose for thier afterlife. I've had to make this choice 3 times in the last 7 years and it's comforting to know that Bi-City Cremation has been here for me and my family's needs.
Bi city are the best. They have cared for my pets and my late mothers pets for many years. They worked with me just recently to cremate my mom's 15 yr old dog Peanut. I lost my mom May of 2022 and cared for her baby until he left us this year. I couldn't have done it without their help. Always friendly and caring service when you are usually heart broken after a loss of your furbaby.
I love this service! I recently lost my baby rather suddenly and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone if they lose a pet family member. Last Saturday my baby Xena passed away, she was 7 years old, when I called they were very quick in getting to me and my baby. They were sympathetic and efficient, their service showed compassion and understanding one thing my former vet lacked sorely. I will continue to use them. Thank you for treating my baby with care and like the family member she was to me. Plus they have beautiful containers to put your babies in.
Mickey and her team are so amazing! They're caring, compassionate, great communicators and affordable. They treated our fur babies with dignity and respect. They carried out our cremation wishes EXACTLY as we requested and they are solid and trustworthy on individual cremations so you KNOW it's your pet you're getting back. Highly recommend...
We have used Bi-City Pet Cremation for 10 dogs and we have always been impressed. They are very polite, professional and compassionate.They picked up our little 5 pound Diva this morning and I trust them to take good care of her. We highly recommend them and we will use them whenever we lose another pet.
Bi-City Pet Cremation is such a kind and compassionate business. I have used them in the past for all of my beloved fur babies and recommend them for a difficult time as they show such care!!
They were AMAZING & took care of my sweet dog as if he was their own, diesel was our bestfriend for 13 years, while it was a bittersweet moment, Bi City did an AMAZING job making us feel comfortable that they would take care of him. He was returned to us safely & with such kindness. Thank you again Bi City Pets!
