Store was absolutely great. Customer service was spectacular from all, with the exception of one stock person, who must of been new to the store. He didn’t know where an item I was looking for was. Checkout clerk was amazing and all the bag people were very Courteous. I wished them all a Merry Christmas. With pleasantnesses received back from them.
Actually, while not great this store is literally the one bright spot in this part of Traveler's Rest. The prices were reasonable and the employees were friendly and helpful. After having the worst pizza and worst hamburger ever within a few doors, this was a definite plus for the area. Skip the other stuff and try this. Better food and better prices.
Definitely one of the cleanest grocery stores I’ve ever been into. The ONLY reason I am rating it a 3 is because the prices are super high. I paid $12 for 2 small boxes of cereal. That’s crazy high! The employees were all nice and friendly and you can tell this store takes a lot of pride in its appearance.
This Bi-Lo is great. Friendly staff and great prices. This is more like the Old Time Grocery Stores, so don't expect some fancy Fufu coffee bar. Just a clean store, friendly staff and the best prices around.
I LOVE this store! The management and staff are super friendly, the checkout is always fast, and I love that they employ local high school students! Their prices are great... love the points system. I also love that they support the community high schools and veterans. And don’t get me started on the bakery! Whoever does their baking is AMAZING!!!! Way better then any other Bilo around Greenville!
Everyone loves Bi-lo for those awesome sales. This store is well kept clean and with polite employees. Pharmacy is very considerate and helpful to customers needs. Definitely love avoiding the crazy hectic atmosphere of Wal-Mart. Premium products sold here too, worth the extra dollars sometimes.
This store is clean and the employees are friendly. The pharmacy is excellent. I have been a customer here for 18 years.
It was good. For the first time I saw people working really working and not just standing around and talking with others. Maybe cause it was older more respectful people working today. People who knows how to work want to work. It was nice to see that. Most places is the younger kids and they dont to show us older people respect. Never even a smile.
Food was fresh and good for the price. Clean. They were very nice. 2 adults and 1 child for $25. Would have given 5 stars but my son said the men's restroom was nasty and I wish they had more of a selection of food.
The staff are very friendly. Good selection and decent prices. The bathroom is a little sketchy. My Little Guy loves the car carts. It's always clean and well-maintained.
