The store was very cute. It was very nicely maintain and stocked The cashier's we're very polite. and courteous. They didn't have a problem assisting you if you needed help with something. Also. Anyone wanting a new career as a MEAT CUTTER. their hiring now. If I lived there in North Bridge I would have applied. My daddy always said You can make good money being a MEAT CUTTER. He was along time ago in Georgetown. SC.

This is always a pleasant shopping experience. Stores are practicing social distancing and it is always clean. Shopping carts are disinfected for you prior to use and afterwards! Signage on the aisles makes shopping easy, even if you are a first time shopper. There is always someone that can be easily located for assistance if you can't find what you're looking for. The workers are very hospitable and people friendly!

Selling expired food is not cool. Won’t be coming back. Today is March 6, 2018 by the way. -_-

The store was very clean. The shelves were well stocked. The deli food looked really good although I didn't have any. The prices were compatible to foodlion a lot of b1g1 free items.the employees were very nice and helpful. Will return.

Online Philo because of the buy one get one free deals. This particular Bi-Lo usually is well-stocked which I really appreciate. They also have well-marked merchandise so there is no question about whether it is on sale or not. Checkers and Deli workers are very nice. Pharmacist are very nice also. I will continue to shop at this Bi-Lo. It is very convenient and I know it like the back of my hand.

I really get dissatisfied with the way I am treated at this store. The employees, don't seem to like working there. They become irritated , and act as though you have done something wrong, I almost feel that they are not treated with respect, and maybe the amount they are paid is very low. One dozens of occasions I notice a look that makes me not want to ask for help. I have permanently stopped shopping there because of the attitudes a lot of the employees have. I am treated much nicer at Publix, and even better at the new Harris teeter. The screening of new hires obviously is sub standard , and the management must not be very happy , and attitudes suffer due to poor leadership. It's too bad , because my parents always shopped Bi-Lo. Management needs to change, or at the very least be a better example and have a much more cheerful,helpful attitude. Like my Grandfather always said, Either lead me well, follow me, or get the hell out of my way. The leadership in that store is lousy, and apparently lazy. Your loosing customers.!!!! If I treated my customers at that level, I wouldn't have my business for very long. Seriously.

Caitlin was not paying attention to the other cashier and how long the line was getting. Plus she overcharged me on an item. U pointed it out to her. She was like oh. There was no personality to get as far as customers. Guess she just wants to hang at customer service and talk n laugh. I never had bad service there. I love your store.

I wish the employees felt better about being at work. I've yet to meet an employee that seems happy to be there much less happy I'm there. If the world seems too peopley for you may I suggest a career in anything other than Customer service .....just saying.

As always, I enjoyed my visit to Bilo Supermarket. Found many deals, saving $$. I was served by a very pleasant cashier, Lauren who was most helpful while packing my bags. Carts , store and everything was clean and I felt safe. Thanks BiLo
