Michelle NEVER fails me when I go in with a design. She always knocks it out the park for me.

PREJUDICE !!! I use to love coming here however I’ve been here a few times where I was skipped over. This morning I was there as they turned on the light. Just wanted a classic pedicure. Several people were sat and acknowledged before me. When I pointed this out the response was that they didn’t have enough technicians. But other customers were brought from the lobby and assisted as I sat there.

I have ALWAYS loved Bichonne. I’ve been going there since they first opened in Denham. I love that they have an age restriction and don’t let kids under a certain age in. I have a baby myself, however, when I go get my nails done I want to be in a relaxing environment and I really enjoy that when I go! Complimentary wine and excellent service. I’ve only ever had one issue and the owner, Cindy, took care of me right away. Highly recommend

I booked a manicure/pedicure and an hour massage for my wife for mother's day. I specifically booked those 3 things. Not only did they quote me the wrong price, but when my wife got home, she informed me they never even booked the massage. She's really happy with the mani/pedi but I'm not pleased that they gave me the wrong price and that she didn't get the massage that she should've gotten.

I have never had gel nails last more than 3 days. Not in two states and countless salons. 3 weeks later and they're still there! They don't soak your nails in water. Manicures with regular polish last a long time too.

Men don't go!!! Caused my feet pain & infection for months. The chair is not worth the pain nor the price.

I was going to TT Nails & Spa. They were great @ first but then, they started to rush through their Manacures & Pedicures & the outcome wasn't worth a dime. So, I decided to give Bichonne's a shot &, I've been here several times already. Very clean, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. I get a glass of Wine sit back & relax. All of the staff here are very friendly. They take their time & genuinely care about the customer & the outcome of what the customer is asking for. I'm very pleased with this Day Retreat & Spa. They do a fantastic job here! I'm not easy to please. Sometimes, I ask for the impossible but, they manage to execute it. I say that bec., I'm a flashy fancy type of girl. So, I ask for flashy designer nails. I've become a regular here &, I've developed a relationship with these wonderful people. This is my 2nd hm.

The last time I went in for a Pedicure, the staff cut my toe badly. She tried to keep me from seeing the blood. I kept trying to tell her she cut me. But she wouldn't let me look at it. She tried to stop the flow of blood with out much luck. She apologized profusely, and I know she felt bad. She tried to put a bandaid on it, but it would not stop bleeding. Finally she took something out of her kit, and put it directly on my cut. I was hoping at that point that it was a one time use and not something she has used on others with direct contact. She had to apply this powder several times. When checking out, I had to pay full price. I left a message for the shop that I didn't think that I should have had to pay full price for the service. I never received a response. Silence. Crickets. I am not sure if I want to go back. I can't believe they wouldn't have reached out to me at all.

I absolutely love this place! Yesterday I had the Classic Pedicure with gel polish. The instruments were opened from a new sterilization pack. Every time i’m in the area for a visit from out of state I stop here to get something done. The shop is a first rate nail spa and I highly recommend. They also offer complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. It’s best to make a reservation, but they do take walk ins during the day to early afternoon. Enjoy!!!
