Absolutely fantastic customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging for those seeking to enter the biking world. Working with this shop was a fantastic buying experience, they were accommodating and did not push for a sale, rather focusing on my needs beyond my wants. They took their time with me, did not rush me and spend time making sure I understood what I was purchasing. I believe the owners/operators to be honest and want to help each and every individual who walks in their doors. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone no matter their cycling experience.

Good customer service, replaced my electric scooter tire with a day. Initially they thought the tire I brought would have been too big but offered to replace it with a different tire for no extra charge. Even advised where i could take my scooter for electric components. Would go again

Cool local bike shop with lots of new and used bikes of all kinds, from mountain and road bikes to electric bikes. Their expert staff assembles everything in house, and they have professional relationships with a number of the big bike manufacturers. They also carry all the accessories, including helmets, lights, and tools. Jennifer was awesome. She helped me choose the bike that fit my needs and answered every question I had. They also offer a free tune-up after so many rides, and they fixed a little derailleur issue for me months later, no questions asked.

I had been told by another shop that my vintage 1964 Schwinn Traveler could not be fixed. There was tight steering problem. The Bicycle Hospital fixed my bike which I have owned since 1964. I was thrilled. They are courteous and know their business. I would highly recommend them. I live in Carmel and it was well worth the drive. I cannot rate them anything but EXELLENT!

I'm so glad I have such wonderful place to service our bikes and get new ones as our kids age. The customer service is amazing! The knowledge is impressive. The personal touch is amazing. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone, use the Bicycle Hospital for any and all of your bicycle needs! If there is something they don't do, they'll still help with advice...for example, I needed to get a hitch on my Odyssey for a bike rack they had some great recommendations and advice about where to go and what to look for. Again, I highly recommend to anyone, use the Bicycle Hospital for any and all of your bicycle needs!

Big bike shop turned me away saying they don’t work on dept store mongooses. Called Bicycle hospital and they changed my tire same day for a fair price. Will be back for all future bike needs.

I use a few local bike shops, but love the Bicycle Hospital. Charlie and Jennifer have helped me over the last 15 years fix old bikes that other shops didn't even have tools to fix. They have been patient and helpful, and have always charged reasonable rates for tune-ups, repairs, and parts. We have bought a number of used bicycles from them as the boys were growing up, and recently purchased two new bikes, including a custom build. Careful attention was paid to specing the bike and we are very happy with the purchase. Customer service is first rate, and I love looking through the older bikes when I am in.
