Horrible customer service with nurses and front desk. I scheduled an appointment for 3pm and I’m just being brought into a room at 5pm. Every time I’d ask they would say I’m next then take 4 more people before me. Severely unorganized and inconsiderate. I was here for an ear infection and I have my 2 year old and 6 month old. DONT COME HERE!!
Last year, October 2020, there were 3 of us getting the drive through Covid test for our flight out of the US. They were great and the turn around was 24 hours. Hope this is true today, as we need it again this year. For the documents to work last time, they were kind enough to type out the info we needed at the reception for us. The line was long, but we got there early. If you go in the mid-day, then the wait might be longer. Thanks to the professional staff in the tent, especially Amelia and Jessica on the admin side! Great job!
Came here for covid testing, worst experience ive seen. Signs are unclear for drivers. Have waited over 4 hours just to be told i need a registration number from Beth Isreal which will take another 1.5 hours. Frustrated by the lack of information available. Avoid here
I found the support staff competent and caring in both my Primary and Urgent care offices here. Which is a huge part of a good doctors office in my opinion. I find my primary care doctor Kiefl to be thorough and listens. Fairly easy to get seen by someone in his office quick if you need to. Urgent care can be busy but worth it for more urgent things and is right in the same building. You see an actual ER doctor and not a Nurse Practitioner like most Urgent Care places. Specialists, Labs, x Ray, and cat scan all in the same building. Very convenient and is a Beth Israel clinic. A world class hospital. Literally what more could you ask for. I’m very happy here and transferred my entire family’s care here.
Fast, straightforward COVID-19 testing with results in 36 hours. Only had to wait about 30 mins for the drive-through option. Make sure you call beforehand to get your patient number ahead of time!
If I were able to give 0 stars I would but unfortunately im not given that option. The Covid testing area is from 9am-2pm and On Saturday the 2nd my mother and I went to get tested for Covid-19 around 9:15am , we waited and around 10 ish a worker gave us the paper work and wrote out numbers on the window-shield and we were moving up, by the time we got near the bridge she asked the time and it was 11:36 am and then said they wouldn't be taking us anymore because of the time. After my mom told her it wasn't fair she proceeded to erase our number on the windshield. We waited in line because it wasn't fair that she gave us the paper and numbers and having us wait to get tested and then last minute she just dropped us as if waiting 2 hours and a half meant nothing. The cop there told my mother and I to stay and the girl would talk to us. The girl came up and she started saying she wouldn't take us and then started saying that the cop in front of us can take action and then kept saying that she hated her job and started screaming at my mother. She was extremely disrespectful and tried to threaten us with police force. In the middle of a pandemic you expect better from people but this wasn't it, it was completely traumatic.
Lack of manner and respect!! Hospital staff is there to help patience, not to gossip or pass private information about patients. This such a sign of lack of professionalism. Sadly not everyone received the same treatment and yes prejudice is practice these days. By doctors, nurses, and hospital staff. I witness such when I had a procedure done at this promises. I saw how a female doctor had done such a bad job in a patience that the entire staff was gossiping about her. They took pictures while the woman was under anesthetic, and they were laughing about. I strongly suggest going to another hospital for better care!!!
They provide exceptional service at the Urgent Care in Chelsea BIDMC. They were very caring and spent a long time with me. Dr. Balsari provide excellent care and the nurse was very nice. Waiting time was great and the office was very clean. I would definitely use this urgent care again if me famliy needed any services. Thank you
Horrible. 90% of my appointments are 40-69 minutes behind. If the dr is an hour behind, they should call to tell you. If the dr. Is an hour behind, they should tell you when you arrive so you can just leave. Not let you sit here like an idiot wondering what the hell is taking so long. It's a joke. It happens almost 4/5 appointments.
I have always enjoyed my visits here. I'm on my second pregnancy. Both prenatal care has been here and they have been excellent. Plus my Primary Healthcare for the last seven years. They have always been friendly and I have had very few problems with any of the staff
