Zainab is absolutely awesome! She was able to score us an excellent deal of a couch that they just got in stores. She was so helpful and informative. Our family has been shopping here for years. The quality has always lived up to its price point. Everyone at the store had such a positive attitude. Top tier quality, excellent customer service, and in beatable pricing!!!
I’m very OCD! Every piece I got was in perfect condition. Zainab and Eddie helped me pick out modern and solid pieces. They were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. The delivery guys were amazing. They brought each piece in like a breeze. they were heavy, solid pieces. I couldn’t be more happier with my new furniture. Thank you!
WARNING: TERRIBLE PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought a bedroom set in September of 2021, The bed broke in May. They sent someone out to try and fix it. They did not succeed. It broke again September of this year. I went to the furniture store to get an exchange. They said it would cost $200 and $175 for delivery. I paid at the store. NINE DAYS LATER, the owner called me and said that they won’t take back the used furniture. THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE EXCHANGE, would not REFUND THE COST OF THE BED AND TAKE IT BACK, and TOOK MY EXCHANGE AND DELIVERY COST!!! I lost a total of $4000 dealing with this place! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! It was such a disappointing purchase and lack of honorable service.
Let me start with Eddie the sales rep is phenomenal. Went to the store to make a basic purchase and it turned into the sales rep Eddie taken time to help us around the entire store. Showing us different items that ended up sparking our interest. And us purchasing a new bedroom set. With bedroom accessories and television stand. And also new dining room set. The interaction was all worth it.he was very professional. Very helpful. Answered all of our questions. Also made suggestions that would work perfect for our needs. he explained the warranty process and how are able to use it in The event that we will need it. We were able to place our orders and hopefully once we get the product their product will be in great condition. We did also purchase the pillows that are pretty awesome. Definitely would suggest it. They do help keep you cooler at night time. Pictures are also included of the different pillows
Big Al's has very nice quality furniture and if there is something that is not in the store, they will do their best to get it for you. Our salesman, Eddie had the BEST customer service. He was professional, honest, respectful, and kind. I was very impressed with the items in the store as well as the items they offered on their kiosk. If you are looking for great deals and nice quality furniture, make your way to Big Al's in Austell, GA.... ...YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
Today I bought a very nice bed set for me and my girlfriend. We been looking at this bed set forever and we finally getting it. The customer service is very outstanding, they answered all our questions. I would recommend anyway who need furniture to Big Al’s.

Listen EDDIE was not just courteous was so kind!! I was hot because of my age and he got up got 2 FANS TO MAKE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE. I didn’t even ask . My sweat was talking. Then his DELIVERY CREW WAS NOT JUST PROFESSIONAL BUT CREATIVE AND TROUBLESHOOTING AS WELL!! Listen, you all need to give this company your business because I am!! We have purchased almost all of our furniture from Big Al’s and I have had a great experience. With Al the stock ashes that other companies are dealing with, this has been the best place for me to find the furniture I want always delivered within the week. Prices are always fair in my opinion and I love the people… it’s my first stop when shopping for our home.
Mark was very helpful! I appreciated the friendliness and courtesy. Great customer service. He helped find a dresser and made what started out to be stressful in to a carefree purchase.
