Clean, affordable. My family and I loved how location was IN the village. Place is a bit older, but well maintained. Price is all inclusive and you pay upfront with no extra fees or additional deposits. My family enjoyed the amenities that came with the suite. The price includes utensils, cookware, and extra supplies if needed. I really loved how the lodge and village were pet friendly. We only paid $10 extra for our baby Douglas. Lodge is walking distance from the lake. Shops are within reach.
What a quaint little find in the middle of Big Bear Village! Vintage props lined the room and we found the accommodations to be very spacious for a family of three with a pooch. It's pretty much like a one bedroom apartment with a nice little kitchen and gas fireplace. The furnishings are a little outdated but it was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for fun in the village and beyond!
We had a 2 full size bed room, one of the cheaper and it was definitely NO frills. The beds were not very comfortable at all, no AC for summer, but there was a mini fridge and a little desk. It was NOT awful for $70 a night, but they could seriously update and a full bed for 2 adults wasn't the best. My in-laws had a king suite with a full mini bar, double spa tub plus full bathroom, Lake view, fireplace and couch!
Great location. Inside village and everything you need is in walking distance except for skiing/snowboarding. StaffWes was very friendly and room is very cozy. Our family enjoyed our stay.
Staff was very accommodating to our needs. For a nice stay at an inexpensive place that's located within walking distance of restaurants, night-life, shops; I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend.
Ok I am writing another review about this Place. My family and I went up again last weekend and again it was fantastic. I wish they would let you write a review everytime because i cant say enough good things about this place and there staff. You must stay here when you are in town. It is wonderful. . 6/20/13 I love this place. I love the staff. Everyone there is warm and friendly. They have multiple cabins to choose from and even little rooms right in the village!! We have stayed there multiple timeas and we stay there again. I dont know what this other guy is talking about but I have never had a problem with the staff.
This is it !!! Right in town. No driving anywhere. Just step right out on the town. The place is fantastic. There is plenty to choose from full suites to romatic rooms. Very friendly helpful staff!! We loved it we keep going back.
Really excellent and right in the heart of Big Bear Village. Clean, cute, with Wi-Fi, tv, and kitchen. SoCal Vacations is the company to call when you need to get away.
Is not the Hyatt or a Marriott... but it's clean, it is in the middle of town, cozy fireplace, jacuzzi if you want to use it, and the owner is really nice. I'd recommend it.
Great location in the middle of the village. Spacious rooms with convenient parking. Lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment within walking distance. The owner lives on site and is very friendly.
