Big Boys Furniture

I had an amazing experience with the entire Big Boys Furniture team! From placing my order to the delivery stage, everything went great. I went in store to look for bedroom furniture. I was given the option by Saveena of custom creating my own furniture. The furniture would be locally made using solid wood and for me that was a huge bonus. I decided to get everything I needed headboard, bed frame and dresser custom made.The furniture matches my measurements exactly, it's extremely sturdy and flawlessly made. Saveena was extremely knowledgable and kind. She listened to everything I wanted and delivered exactly, all in an amazing price that cannot be beat. I am so pleased with my purchase. My room has been completely transformed and I cannot thank the team at Big Boys enough!

We bought a full 5 piece bedroom suite at Big Boys. After looking at the quality vs. price at other big box stores we were very pleased to see locally made quality furniture at a reasonable not cheap price. We asked for specific custom attributes to our furniture and we were heard, consulted where we went wrong and delivered a product that was just what we had envisioned. We are very pleased with the quality of the painted finish and solid wood construction. I have and will continue to recommend Big Boys. All in all I feel I was fairly dealt with and received a very nice end-product.

Not a very good place to buy from. I bought a whole bedroom set and sofa set from this store. They sent me a different bed headboard color from what I saw in the showroom. I have called them many times and they kept saying that they will send me the color I saw at the showroom. It has been over 4 months since I bought the furniture and yet they have not changed the headboard for me.

At the being of January I purchased a brand new sleeper sofa, got it at a fantastic price. I purchased it in the middle of a renovation and ask Sam if he could hold it for me, he was happy to do so.. As we all know renos can go sideways and I called to tell him I would be delayed in picking it up, by 4 months... Sam was amazing with all the extensions for pickup! I when I finally did get it he happily met me at his storage to pick it up.. He was so nice & it’s wonderful to deal with a family business man.. would highly recommend them for quality, price & customer service! He went beyond for this purchase & was happy and pleasant throughout. Will be shopping there again!

My daughter found a style of storage bed she liked online, but the products available were cheap particleboard. We decided to try Big Boys Furniture on Scott Rd and found a similar bed made locally out of solid wood. Our custom made bed was delivered 9 days later! Great quality, service & price!

It was a great experience with the company. I went there with my friend and we were just looking around, that was one of the best customer serviceI have ever received. They have great collection and affordable prices. The quality seemed great. With antic looking furniture, they had really modern varieties. It was a great place. Go visit the place!! You’ll love it.

Rated 4 out of 5. It was a great deal on the furniture 3 piece sofa set but the delivery driver showed up one day early , and my wife and I were both positive we had the delivery scheduled for the NEXT day. So it could have gone extremely bad with neither of us there to take the delivery.

Very good customer service! I normally don't write a review about company's, however I was compelled to for this one! I got a coffee, real oak bedroom set side tables, dressing table and a king size bed. They made exactly what I asked for and met my expectations!

Regret buying furniture from this place. I purchased a bedroom set last year which had problems. the wood under the bed broke and they blamed the issue on us. They said " you are supposed to have a bedbox/ bed insert. Similarly the wooden base in the drawers broke and they also blamed that on us saying "you are not supposed to put so many things in the drawer, it is light weight. Upon being assertive about the matter they finally came and fixed it, and even then did not apologize and continued to say it was because of us. Horrible experience.

Total rip-off. This guy harassed us so much mentally. After paying for sofas he delivered damaged sofas and refused to refund on our face and asked for more money on top of it. Beware ! Update : posting the picture of bill as they are replying that I am mistaking them for some other store.
