Big City Car Wash

AMAZING service! I always come here to get my car washed even though there are more car washes in my area, I drive out of my way to come here because they do such an amazing job inside and outside. I'm also always greeted with friendly smiles and outstanding customer service. Getting the membership is always worth it. Keep up the great job guys!

Yesterday I came to this car wash and paid for a "Showroom Shine" package. I had to point out my wheels were not cleaned all the way, my exhaust tip was not cleaned all the way, the chrome was smudged and the top of my truck cab was not waxed. They corrected these items but acted like I should not have mentioned them. When I left and was driving home I noticed my interior had not been cleaned as I was told it was a part of the service. I paid $107.49 for this and I am not at all satisfied. I came here last year when it was just too hot to clean it myself and had outstanding service. In fact, the service was so good I went home and came back with my wife's car for the exact same service. This time I chose to not bring her car back after the poor service I received. I am so disappointed.Services: Clay bar treatment

They always do a great job here. I get the outside and inside of my car washed well, and the staff is professional and polite. You have several options to choose from and the instructions are clear and simple. I only ever come here to get my car washed in Jax. Thanks guys!

I have been a member here for years because I feel the service is a good value to me. It takes me over 2 hours to wash and dry the outside of my truck and clean the windows, mirrors, vacuum the inside etc. at home, however I have it done at Big City usually in 20 mins or less depending on their customer volume at the time that I am there. I feel that my time is valuable and is worth paying for the time savings. I feel that their time is valuable so I try to tip them well for the services that they render on my behalf even though this is a paid membership this is my personal philosophy in general and works well in most places where I am getting personal assistance. Sometimes I just drive through the car wash tunnel but most times I have them clean the interior as well. Since I am in the construction industry it is nice to have unlimited washes available. I renewed my membership today, Aug 10, for the 6th year.

Today I was greeted by Jalyn and he was the most polite employee I have ever met from Big City Car Wash. He was very proficient in his work and displayed absolute professionalism. He definitely deserves a raise because the other employees can learn a thing or two from him. I'm so glad you all hired him and because of him I have bought a membership plan.

been coming here for years & to just find out they got rid of the free vacuums is sad.. what if someone doesn’t need a wash, just wants to vacuum some sand out from the beach?? this car wash was above average & now it’s just the same as the 1000 other car washes that are popping up on every corner. it was good doing business big city!

I had an excellent experience at Big City Car Wash. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They walked me through the different packages they offer and helped me decide which one would be best for my car. The end result was amazing - my car has never looked better! I will definitely be returning for future services.

Highly recommend!! I absolutely loved the energy from Tyler G. And Lexis P. They both were very professional, friendly, and made sure I knew everything my service would include.. I did not feel rushed into choosing my membership.. They are definitely the best a customer service and did it with a smile!! Also I always ask for Gene as well because he is also one of the best, he does an exceptional job on detailing my car, always friendly and always has a smile!!Services: Auto detailing
