This is an Unofficial page for Big Creek Campground (the Forest Service doesn't have, or maintain, FB pages for it's campgrounds). It will be updated throughout the summer with campground status, river flow, and other general info.
The campground and Day Use comprise of 15 beautiful acres. The campground sits on the North Fork of the Flathead River (part of the Wild & Scenic River System). The campground border to Glacier National Park is halfway across the river (yes, you are that close). The main campground has 13 sites on the reservation system. Nine sites are 1st come/1st serve. There are 22 sites in the main campground, some sitting on the river. Group or campground sites can be reserved at: http://www.recreation.gov / or by calling: 1-877-550-6777
