The store by itself is a great place for everyone to go and get supplements but the owner of Top Dog Nutrition using accusaes messages for his communication. As a business owner, he needs to understand the effects of apologies and learn how to use them. I DO NOT recommend any product from Top Dog Nutrition.

I’ve been on and off in the gym for over ten years now and I’ve been recently back in the gym five days a week doing light cardio and lifting. I started taking a pre workout a month ago and recently ran out of protein. I’ve seen so many Big Dan t-shirts that I knew I had to give his shop a shot. I met with Jo on the North side location next to Muv Fitness and she was an actual book of knowledge. She spent over an hour with me and explained all the pros and cons of the different supplements Big Dan’s had to offer and explained in great detail what would align with my goals best. That was such a nice first way of starting the conversation too was she started by introducing herself and asking what my goals were. I ended up buying a protein, pre workout, multi vitamins and amino acids. I’m so excited to start taking everything tomorrow morning I can’t wait to go to sleep. Thank you Jo for explaining everything so well and providing five star customer service. EVERYONE in Spokane should go learn from Jo a nd shop Big Dan because it should be the only supplement shop you go to on your fitness journey. Good luck in your future goals Jo!!

Big Dan’s is a great place to meet many nutritional needs & they’ll look into/order new products as requested. Fantastic local resource for health/fitness advice! & Kyle generously provides an invaluable wealth of information for anyone w/questions!

I was very loyal to GNC for many years. Once most of their locations closed and in-store inventory dwindled, I hesitantly gave Big Dan's Nutrition a try. They have been a great place to shop. Trustworthy staff, always great advice to help me with my goals, not pushy with their sales approach, and just overall really happy with them. I now buy all my supplements from Big Dan's Nutrition.

I'm gonna have to give this place A0I just stood in there for 15 minutes and was completely ignored while they joked about shooting giant loads another b*******.

Went to Big Dan's after being told they had a pre-workout brand in stick but when I got there the corporate made a mistake. David help us out with recommendations to get us as close to what I was looking for. He made it worth our while!! Thanks for the great advise and service!!

Good products and the staff seems to know their stuff. Really aggressive salesmanship though. There arent any price tags on the shelves and they tend to suggest the pricier products. Just make sure you dont get swindled into buying the unnecessarily expensive stuff or other products you didnt go in there to buy.

The man I encountered was awsome, this store and it's employees/owner has never disapointed.
