Our kids love coming here! The staff and dentist Dr. Rachel Ecker are so welcoming and professional. They can talk to both kids and parents in a competent manner. I completely trust the care our kids receive here. The other kids always want to come even if only one has an appt because they have so much fun in the play area.
Pros: Great care by both dentists and oral staff. We have been going for several years now and would highly recommend. Of course, the waiting room is a huge plus for the kids but the care and patience is a huge plus. Cons: The staff scheduling appointments can be quite rude and unfriendly at times. Rotating appointments were never previously explained and the scheduler was very unpleasant in the explanation.
Dr. Greg is absolutely amazing. He repaired my 18mo's broken tooth this week and I can't imagine the experience having gone any better. My kids love coming here and as a parent I know they are in great hands. Our community is lucky to have Dr. Greg!
This pediatric dentist office is amazing. We've been going for over a year and have had three visits with my son. They have a separate waiting area for kids to play in before their appointment which includes a light up floor with games, a climbing wall, video games, etc. Dr. Greg has a special way with kids and always makes them laugh. They also have low exposure X-ray machines, green practices for waste disposal, and have never given me a hard time for turning down fluoride treatments. Highly recommend.
EXCELLENT care provided by Dr. Greg Evans and his assistant Carrie today! The entire experience from checking in at the front desk to my son’s tooth extraction was the best experience we’ve ever had at the dentist! It was a very quick procedure with no long wait time in the lobby. We searched for a team that could handle my son’s anxiety around having his tooth extracted and Dr. Evans and his entire staff handled our experience with great care and understanding. My son was laughing in the chair the entire time and not once flinched, cried or screamed. He was actually happy when we left and felt better about visiting the dentist because Dr. Evans handled his treatment with gentle hands, funny Dad jokes and efficiency.
Had a wonderful experience at Big Grins and was so impressed with how quick and easy the appointment was. Beverly was so kind and welcoming and the whole staff was very professional. Being in the dental field myself, I can confidently say that Dr. Greg, Dr. Rachel and their team are some of the best!
We have been with Dr Greg at Big Grins for about 10 years. We absolutely love the staff and the office. My kids love going to the dentist and cannot wait until their next appointment. Thank you for taking such great care of my family.
Love Dr. Greg and Dr. Rachel. We've been at the practice for 5yrs now and we've been happy with every visit. The play area while the kids wait is a parents dream! The staff are so kind and good with the kids. We were able to do annual visits up to 3yrs old just to get the kids used to the dentist. Not full cleanings but little visits where my boys could sit in my lap and the dentist just looked things over. That way we made sure there were no budding problems and the boys got used to the setting and having instruments mirror in their mouths. Now 6yrs and 3yrs and they can go back completely independent while I sit up front. We haven't experienced the need for any invasive services at this point so I can't comment on how aggressive they might be in their approach to things of that nature.
I love Big Grins! They are fast, friendly, and really work hard to make sure that the kids know and understand what procedures they are going to perform. We just came back from getting fillings with no tears! I also appreciate their up-front billing, I always know exactly what it will cost ad I am never surprised by a bill. We have been patients for 6 years and wouldn't go anywhere else!
Big Grins is by far the best pediatric dentistry in Northern Colorado. Not only is the establishment clean and perfectly thought of for children and parents, the staff is amazing. It’s a family feeling that cares about you and your family more than you know! Dr Greg knows how to make any child feel welcomed and excited to be well at the dentist! He’s amazing at his job! We are lucky to have found such an amazing place!
